I’m so grateful for this service! They helped me to bring my dog Kaya from Bali to France. Everything from the start was so smooth and easy to coordinate. Arya is very nice, patient and walked me through all process to prepare me. Kaya was a champ, she handled the whole car trip Bali-Jakarta and plane ride Jakarta-France well. I felt very safe and trusted Arya’s team. They handled all paperwork and recommended me doctor for titer test. If you are planning to relocate your dog from Bali start early, all micro chip, vaccination and lab tests take time. I started process in September 2025 and we traveled June 2026 super smooth because all papers were in order. The best animal transportation service company, my dog arrived super calm, happy and zero stress. That’s how I wish your trip goes.

We have the best experience with Indoanimal travel Bali. We highly recommend them for transporting pet (domestic trip/international trip) and pet hotel (in Bali). In our experience we have domestic trip from Bali to Jakarta. It went smoothly & ontime, all the team took care of our furry baby and bring her safely. They give us all update info, pictures, and videos. And we have international trip as well from Indonesia to France (due to the war situation). All the process was smooth, more document, more times but kak Arya and the team take care of it all. They are very professional. So we don’t have to worry about the process. And when the time is come, we can Fly safely, arrived at France in very good healthy (mentally & physically). Kak Arya and the team always give the best services to all of us. Pak Edi, Ibu Mega and their entire team are so attentive and caring, and they really go above and beyond to make sure our dogs are happy, healthy, and well-adjusted. I can’t thank Happy Paws enough. They looked after our 2 rescue dogs for a total of 7 months while we saved the money to have them shipped overseas. It was so stressful for us to be without our babies. The staff sent us videos all the time and kept me up to date. I could always see they were happy and not stressed. Great hotel for your dog or cat. We left our dog and cat at Happy Paws for 10 days. They enjoyed their stay. The owner kept us at ease by sending photos and videos of them playing with other guests. Our dog actually seemed disappointed that it was time to come home. 😆 Highly recommend.

I can’t fault Happy Paws, I have only ever sent my dog there and she has always been looked after. They pick up and drop off your pet if needed and the communication is great 👍. The staff all genuinely enjoy what they do and it shows, they send updates on your pet and everytime they were wagging happy on walks or just play. Thank you happy Paws I can travel when I have to with no worries about Nala, she’s in good hands 🥰

I chose this daycare because I trusted them to look after my two dogs during what was supposed to be a one-month stay. Unfortunately, after just 12 days, both dogs became seriously ill while fully staying over at the daycare. One developed a nosebleed, started vomiting the next day, was diagnosed with severe pneumonia, puked blood and passed away the following morning. When my dog had a nosebleed, I was informed there was no vehicle available because the daycare’s car was in the workshop. Animal boarding facilities should have a backup vehicle ready for emergencies at all times. I chose not to have an autopsy, so I will never know the exact cause of his death. Based on his symptoms and how quickly everything happened, two veterinarians who did not discuss the case with each other both told me that toxic ingestion was one of their main concerns. My other dog was also diagnosed with pneumonia and remains hospitalized, with no indication of toxic ingestion, fortunately. I appreciate the owner’s crisis management during the emergency and that they covered all of the veterinary bills, and I am grateful for those efforts. But no amount of money can bring my dog back or take away the trauma this has caused.

The staff are so friendly and attentive, and he always comes home happy and exhausted from playing. It’s such a relief to know he’s in such good hands when I’m away. «Oh My Dog» is the best!

I have sent my 2 dogs here for years and they love it so much and get so excited every time we arrive 🥰 It has been amazing for their social skills and when I need to leave them for a day in daycare I know they will be taken care of lovingly. I had such a great experience with Sit & Stay for my grumpy Maltipoo 🐶✨ I brought my pup there for grooming, and the result was so satisfying. My Maltipoo is honestly very difficult to handle and can be quite grumpy during grooming sessions, but the team was incredibly skilled, patient, and caring throughout the whole process. What I really appreciated was how calm they kept my pup, while still handling everything professionally and gently. They also kept me updated during every step of the grooming process, which made me feel very comfortable and reassured. You can truly tell they genuinely care about the dogs they handle, not just doing the job quickly. They are genuinely dog lovers, and it really shows from the way they treat every pup with patience and kindness. I’ve been bringing my dog to Sit and Stay for the past 4 years, and I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Whether it’s for grooming or boarding, he’s always well looked after and comes home happy, calm, and clean. The team is gentle, caring, and clearly loves what they do. My dog actually gets excited whenever he meets the team, which really says alot! Also their follow-up and aftercare are also really thoughtful, which I really appreciate. It’s not easy to find a place you fully trust with your pet, but Sit and Stay has earned that trust over the years. Easily the best choice in Bali for anyone who wants their dog to be treated with real care!

Been looking for somewhere to look after my dog for 4 nights. Just been to check this place out. The lady we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The place was spotless and the dogs all seemed happy. No crates they just hang out together which i think is great. Didn’t hesitate to book my dog in.

It’s a dogs day care. You can train your dog to swim and clean your dog. It’s like dog community center. If you want to go out of Bali while you have a dog, it’s a good place to drop ur dog while you leave. It can be more clean than before. Easy to park if you bring a car. The owner also passionate with dogs!

I’m really happy with the service at Sit & Stay! It’s the perfect place for dog boarding and grooming. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the animals. My dog always comes home clean, smelling great, and looking happy after every visit. The facility is clean and comfortable, and their communication is excellent — I always get updates when my dog is being boarded. The staff are nice but the place is not clean and looks poorly maintained. I think the price is too high for its quality. 135k a day. Compared to nice clean place I usually put my dog in that cost 120k. We were in rush and tried to find available dog hotel close by. We thought okay, that’s fine just for one night. We gave very clear simple instructions about our dog’s food and we brought our own. When we picked up our dog, her stomach was extremely bloated. She then had diarrhea, which she never ever had before, and she vomited few times during the night. In her vomit, we could see food that was clearly not what we provided them. It’s rice mixed with other dogs food. We asked the staff why she looked like that but he said it’s because she played and drink too much water, so we thought it’s reasonable. But actually found out that was not the reason.

Our girls absolutely love it here! We board our two pups here every time we go away and will continue to do so🙏 Marcel & his team are so wonderful and attentive, sending us updates and taking amazing care of our girls- it makes being apart from them much easier! Highly recommend❤️

Highly recommend! I was so nervous about my dog going into a dog hotel and this was recommended. I contacted them and the owner Marcel showed us around and we booked my dog in for 5 nights. Just picked her up she’s freshly washed and happy! We also received a video of her playing on the Saturday. Marcel is kind and caring and my dog will only be going to this hotel when we go on holiday thank you to all the staff that looked after her ❤️.

Have to send my dog to the boarding hotel because of my vacation AND my baby decided it’s time to have her loop. Nobody wants to take as it would upset other dog but lucky i was able to find bamboo dog hotel. I gave a quick Whatsapp chat, desperation was pretty much reflected in my questions and i a few minutes, the owner called me. They have quarantine spaces for those who are in a loop or rut, others also have individual spaces but playtime during the day. Since my dog was in loop she had to be fully quarantine BUT the staff gave her some outdoor time when others were inside and gave me updates daily. I also was able to have videocalls with my dog as well. Love them so much 🥰

Can’t speak highly enough of this establishment. They were thoughtful, professional, and responsive from beginning to end. Our 3 bali dogs are not used to being in kennels and we were worried about how things would go, luckily the staff and owner were super helpful in making sure the process was easy, safe and secure. Our dogs were returned to us happy and healthy, and we have already booked a longer stay in the near future. 🤩

We boarded our dog here several years ago and I have never left a review until now, but I feel it is important to share our experience so that other dog owners are aware. When we left our dog, he was about six months old – calm, friendly, and absolutely non-reactive to other dogs. We left him for less than a week. When we picked him up, he was suddenly extremely reactive and started attacking every dog he saw: male, female, big, small, even his best friend. This behavior began on the very first day after pickup. When the owner handed our dog back to us, he apologized to him for something. This immediately concerned me, but he told me that «everything was fine,» which I strongly doubt. I am convinced that unprofessional handling and a lack of understanding of dog behavior led to a negative experience, whether our dog was attacked by other dogs or something else happened. The result was a long-term behavioral trauma that took us years to correct. During the stay, when we asked for updates, the owner became irritated and told us that if we didn’t trust them, we shouldn’t leave our dog there. When we picked up the dog, he also said, «Your dog is good, but you are not,» which was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. If you care about your dog’s psychological well-being, I strongly recommend choosing a different boarding place, for example, OhMyDog, where our dog later stayed and had a completely positive experience.

This was our first time leaving our dog at this dog hotel, and we’re so happy we found them. Our dog felt really comfortable there (we picked him up in perfect shape and super happy). You can really tell that the staff genuinely cares about the dogs and truly loves them. They sent us videos and photos of him every single day, took him on walks, and the play area is amazing. We’ll definitely bring him back next time!

Jimmy has stayed at The Dog Hotel many times. He is always happy and excited to get there. I receive daily photo and video updates while he is there. He is a small but confident dog, so is allowed to play in both the small dog and big dog areas. He is always beautifully and freshly groomed when I collect him. The Dog Hotel take great care with the dogs and I highly recommend them for daycare and boarding.

My dog has stayed here about 7 or 8 times. She absolutely loves it. The place is great, the personnel are wonderful and the other dogs are all fun and relaxed. It has been really great to be able to leave my dog and feel so relaxed that she will be taken care of.

I had my little kitten here for two weeks 🙂 a sweet local woman is taking daily care of the pets. The way she takes care of the animals and talking to them made me feel safe to leave my little baby there. 😊 Also the best part, you receive daily videos and pictures from your pet. I already put my dog there a couple of times. Recently for a 1 month vacation. I was worried about my little Abu but Natali handeled the dog very well. She has a little dog herself and knows how to give them love and take care of them. It is a good and save vacation home for your dog

The daily updates were top-notch—pictures and videos of Gussy lounging like a queen, playing like a wild pup, Bottom line—this place is so good your dog may consider moving in permanently. Kevin and Dwi clearly take their responsibilities seriously and very obviously love animals. A few points I appreciated include the huge and secure yard, strict daily routine, hands on approach to socialising the dogs, food quality, exercise regime and daily photos and messages. I wouldn’t leave my canine family with anyone else when I have to travel for long periods of time.

My two girls stayed here for three months, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. After just one day, I was honestly amazed by the staff’s professionalism — both of my girls, who came quite traumatized, already looked relaxed and happy. Ferrari arrived right after being attacked by street dogs, so she was very scared. Chelsy, on the other hand, loves other dogs but doesn’t trust people. Yet, just a few days later, I saw videos of them playing, cuddling with the staff, and being part of the group. After such a long stay, they came back to me in a great shape — healthy, happy, and even more sociable than before. The staff were always kind and attentive, kept in touch, and carefully followed every instruction regarding vitamins and medication. I’m so grateful — it’s rare to find a place that treats dogs with such love and care🫶

Even though there’s no AC, it is still cool bcs of the large trees which create a calm and safe atmosphere for my husky dog. Spacious area, dog friendly staff.
