Gusti was our tour guide, and was amazing. He was very prompt as well as knowledgeable on the history and background of the sites we visited. Getting to the Gate of Heaven as soon as they opened (6am) is highly recommended, so your day may start very early but it is worth it. Our wait time was only around 30 minutes and Gusti was kind enough to take videos of us as well. We would recommend Gusti for any future tours! Thank you Gusti!

Mr. J was an outstanding driver and guide for our Ubud trip in Bali. He shared great stories along the way, showed us local spots we would never have found on our own, and helped us avoid crowds and tourist traps, which made the whole experience so much better. We had an amazing day with a private tour with our guide, Prayoga. We booked off of our cruise ship and the value was incredible! The sights were amazing and Prayoga ensured that our day was perfect. We had so many sights and a wonderful lunch. Prayoga provided detailed information on the history and the significance of many sights. His English was wonderful, which was a plus. We enjoyed the monkey forest, the swing that included the dramatic dress and pics. From the temples to the rice terrace, it was all amazing. We were provided a nice beverage and water throughout the day. Prayoga even went to several places out of his way to find us a small luggage because we had purchased so much stuff on our travels. When I say he was amazing, As a travel advisor, I would highly recommend taking this tour and if possible, ask for Prayoga. He is such a nice man and a great guide.

Agung took us to several beautiful spots including Malini Cliffside Restaurant, Melasti Beach, and other scenic viewpoints. He was patient, never rushed us, and always made sure we had enough time to enjoy the views and take photos. Gede was an excellent driver and guide. He was very friendly and had a wealth of knowledge about Indonesia. I had an amazing experience touring different parts of Ubud with him. He took me to see a traditional Balinese home, silver making village, rice terrace, coffee plantation and waterfall. I would love Gede to drive and guide me around again, and would highly recommend him.

We went on a tour in northern Bali and tanah lot with Gede Putra and it was beyond a pleasant experience. He customized the trip to our liking and was a great guide explaining history behind each temple, rice harvesting methods, chocolate creation methods and so much more regarding each stop in our trip. He also worked as a professional photographer for us throughout the trip and took some insane photos for us. Highly recommended.

Guna and Nora were incredible! We had a large group of 8 traveling to Bali for the first time, and this was the best way to see Ubud. Guna provided us with an immense amount of knowledge about the Balinese culture and catered the tour to our liking. Nora made sure we were well taken care of and was an incredible driver. As a group of mostly girls, I absolutely felt safe at all times which was such good peace of mind. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Ubud, families, friend groups, girls trips all alike! We had a wonderful trip with Gus Kumara. We started the day by visiting the beautiful Kanto Lampo and Tukad Cepung waterfalls. Afterwards, we headed to a coffee plantation, where we enjoyed a very interesting coffee tasting experience. Our next stop was Tirta Empul Temple, where Gus shared fascinating insights into Balinese Hindu rituals and ceremonies, making the visit even more meaningful. We finished the day at the stunning Tegallalang Rice Terraces, where the views were absolutely breathtaking. Gus was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire trip. He really focused on the places and experiences we were most interested in and tailored the itinerary to our wishes. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personalized and memorable tour in Bali!

It was a great time, would definitely recommend for solo travelers. My guide was amazing, ask for Komang Pi, he is the absolute best. We had lots of conversations on the road and he told me about the history of each place we stopped at. He also took my pictures wherever we went and we had a good laugh together. Was great with time management and let me tweak my trip to add a few stops that I wanted to see as well. I skipped out on the Ubud Art Market and went to the Lumbung Sari Coffee instead. Ask for Suta if you go to the coffee spot, he is the coolest.

Aron was a wonderful tour guide. He adapted the tour to what we had already seen and took us to places we had yet to still see. The morning started off with a little light rain and Aron was prepared with umbrellas for all of us. He did everything at our pace, whether we wanted to stay a little longer or continue on. He had done this many times and his knowledge and experience along the way explaining the history and meaning of the temple and the statues made this a unique and exclusive experience. Thank you. 100000/10 experience. My driver & guide Ma-de was absolutely incredible. I was picked up right on time from my hotel lobby and taken to Taman Saraswati Temple. On the drive there Ma-de shared lots about the culture and religion here in ubud with me and answered all of my questions to the best of his knowledge. After leaving the first temple he took me to a traditional Balinese home. It was the most incredible experience to me and so very kind of him to propose this as a stop on my itinerary. After that he took me to Tegallalang Rice Terrace and even spoke with the locals to allow me to participate in the rice harvesting process! It’s important I mention he took INCREDIBLE photos of me the entire time. After the rice terrace we headed to my final stop which was another temple, Pura Gunung Kawi Sebatu. Here he continued to explain to me the different religious traditions and practices that are intertwined in Balinese culture and the background/ history behind it. He also provided me with ice cold bottled water throughout the day that he kept stocked in a cooler. He was the most kind and thoughtful guide/ driver and wanted to make sure I enjoyed my experience! We had an absolutely wonderful day exploring the highlights of Ubud with Yande. From the moment he picked us up, he was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. What made the day truly special was Yande’s generosity in sharing Balinese culture with us. At Tirta Empul Temple, he took the time to explain the prayers and guide us through the sacred water purification ceremony. Being able to participate with his guidance made the experience deeply meaningful and one of the highlights of our trip. Yande was exceptionally well prepared, providing plenty of water and snacks throughout the day, and he even had a selection of sarongs for us to wear at the temple. Every stop was thoughtfully planned and seamlessly organised. We visited the Monkey Forest, a coffee plantation, the jungle swing, beautiful rice terraces, the Ubud Art Market, and a stunning waterfall. Every location was spectacular, and Yande ensured we had enough time to enjoy each one without feeling rushed. We had a full day Ubud tour with our amazing guide Dekwi. Dekwi was so very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He picked us up on time from our hotel and spent the whole day showing us around the magical Ubud. Dekwi is a fountain of knowledge and answered all our questions and made our trip truly unforgettable and unique. He was mindful and always asked what our preference was. He customised the trip to our preferences on the go. He showed us all the best spots to get the best pictures and videos (which my wife greatly appreciated!) and even helped us by taking pictures and videos that were so fun! Bali is such a diverse and deeply cultural island and Dekwi opened our eyes to the lesser known parts of it. Taking us to breathtaking waterfalls (Indonesian lunch included), the famous Bali swing, the enchanting rice terrace and to finish it off one the most ethereal temples I have ever been to. My partner and I rented NMAX for 7 days and clocked in many kilometers around Bali with no issue. We renting the Honda Vario and so far everything is really good. I booked online and the person delivered the motorbike on time as requested. We can tell the bike was well maintained as it is very smooth to drive around. The customer service is excellent and fast response as well.

I used Balimotion for a car rental during a holiday to Bali in March/April 2026. These guys were great from start to finish and it was a hassle free experience. I wanted the car delivered to me about 3.5 hours from Kuta which they did for a reasonable extra cost. The vehicle was modern and almost new, only 7000km on the clock and everything worked without any problems. I’m planning on returning to Bali next year and will definitely use them again.

We booked several tours, all of which were fantastic, informative and truly memorable. Our driver throughout our time in Bali was Arno, including airport transfers and transport between four resorts. The highlight of our adventure was definitely Nusa Penida. Swimming with manta rays at Manta Point was an experience we’ll never forget. We rented 2 motorcycles fro 2 days, they give us a good price. Motorcycles were in a good condition and they have variety of types of them. The stuff was very kind and helpful. Though it’s our first time to ride a motorcycle, they explained everything to us and offered all the help we need. I highly recommend this place to rent from them. Great selection of vehicles. They are all maintained really well and the helmets are clean as well. Arya is very accommodating and polite. When we wanted to extend our rental, we just texted him on Whatsapp and it was that easy. They offer transparent pricing unlike other moto rentals here in Bali. The discounts are also clearly mentioned so the feeling of having to bargain is not there. Definitely recommend renting from them rather than having to guess if you overpaid for your rental scooter. They also offer raincoats which is great for the unreliable weather conditions.

Fantastic flight. We did the 66min volcano tour and it was just enough time. So organized, informative, safe and highly recommended. It’s was our group of 4 first time flying in a helicopter and the team made everyone feel safe and comfortable! They have a small cafe out front for you to relax and also an inside waiting area in the AC to relax and watch the safety briefing. There are bathrooms and they will take care of your things if you want to leave them behind. Group of 4 was perfect for this flight. I can’t wait to do it again.

We had an awesome day with Ubud Cycling Tours. It was all very well organised, starting from when we sent a booking enquiry, to the point where we were dropped off at our hotel again. Ketut, our guide was very knowledgeable and taught as many things about Bali and the Balinese culture. It was great, to have two guides as well so we were able to cross streets safely. The cycle tour through the back streets of Ubud through the rice fields was also beautiful. It was great to cycle through some old villages as well and visit a house to see how a Balinese family actually lives. As we didn’t want to take the cleansing at the temple as it was very busy, we went to a coffee place next door, which was also great. Degung our driver was also great in driving us around safely and waiting for us while we explored Ubud a bit more after the tour. So can highly recommend the company and this tour.

Really fun and informative e-bike tour. It was nice to have the electrical boost on demand throughout the entire tour, would highly recommend this option to make the day more enjoyable. We biked along varied paths, stopping along the way to learn about Balinese culture in regards to death ceremonies, rice growing, and much more. The stop at UNESCO world heritage site Tegallalang Rice Terrace was stunningly beautiful and the coffee and meal at the end were good. Our tour guides were extremely kind and generous as well, making sure everyone was comfortable and satisfied.

I did the Tagalalang rice fields tour today and can really recommend it. I learned a lot, the guides are amazing, take great pics and videos that are sent to you right after the tour. It’s really easy as you barely have to pedal ! Some bumpy roads and a lot of trafic make the ride adventurous but the guides and the car following make sure everyone stays safe. Very well organized. I wish it was a bit longer, I wasn’t ready to stop 😆. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Amazing! Fairly old but simple e-bikes were reliable and got us there and back no trouble. I was a little hesitant at first about riding on the road, but it was actually much better than I thought, the traffic madness works itself out and it’s a quieter area. The guides Harri and Gusti also stop traffic at intersections so we could get across safely. The narrow path through the rice paddies is a little nerve wracking but go slowly and evenly and you’ll be fine. The temple and coffee plantation visits were nice side stops – the swing over the Tegalalang Rice Terraces (that you can also trek through) was a highlight. The terraces were gorgeous and well worth the stop to look. The Luwak coffee stop was also a highlight – we had a tasting tray of about 18 coffees and teas (free) and I tried the Luwak coffee (paid) black no sugar, which as advertised is not as bitter as Bali coffee but is apparently better for you with some of the components that keep you awake and irritate stomachs removed by the cute civet cats… sweet creatures that sleep in the day and roam at night picking and eating the best coffee beans raw! Would recommend to reasonably confident riders.

Our guides Ketut & Komang were amazing. We had a lovely day with safe riding, expert commentary and visiting the traditional house was something really special. Ir driver Wayan was fabulous. Loved every minute and so thankful we booked!

Early in April, I intentionally tried to book their bikes because I knew they sell out quickly, and I planned to use them in May; however, the admin staff told me it was too early and asked me to rebook in early May, and when I asked if they could guarantee availability, they said they would do their best—but now they’re simply saying it’s fully booked. So unprofessional? Their CS is the worst. Do you guys need a new customer service head department? Or do you guys even have one?🤦🏻‍♀️

I got a Lexi and it was so well maintained! We rent the motor for 11 days and we do not have any problem. They have a lot of options to choose for depends on your budget. They will also deliver the motor to your hotel at a very fair price!!!! Will definitely recommend it!

rented a motorcycle for 2 weeks through this agency. biked through the whole island with this baby. got upgraded to a new Nmax because the original PCX wasn’t ready yet on the time we needed it. not gonna lie we got attached to the motor, as it was very very reliable. the customer service was proactive and super helpful.

Had a great time today. Our driver , Mr. Adit was very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. He suggest many thing including great late lunch alternate from makbeng (the queue was amazing so we gave up). The puri bali rental car also very helpful from beginning when we informed them although only 2 guest but my husband is on wheelchair. They gave us great car with spacious bagage for storing our bags and 1 foldable electric wheelchair. The rental price is cheaper that other rental place located in denpasar.
