I’m not sure where to even begin with this review, but basically Seven allowed us to have the wedding our dreams. For a year we had a steady contact with the professional team that Seven has curated. Emails were answered promptly and questions answered that I didn’t even know I had! The lead up to the wedding was so stress free and the day of. There was never a moment we felt any type of stress when it came to the wedding because Seven is the best of the best. Every single detail was perfect and well thought out. We were able to get the wedding of our dreams for such an affordable price as well. I cannot recommend Seven enough to couple looking for their wedding destination. You’re in good hands!!!

An absolute dream team to have successfully executed our vision for our Bali elopement! The Seven Agency was professional throughout, easy to reach, and they delivered exactly what we had wanted. From when we first communicated with them to finalizing our photos from the wedding day, the Seven Agency took care of everything. Julia, our direct contact online, had been extremely helpful and patient in answering all of our questions. When we arrived in Bali, we met with Kintya, who went step by step what our day would entail. She was kind, patient, and very clear in managing our expectations. Our elopement day went exactly as planned and it was completely stress-free. The whole team was friendly, professional, and hardworking. We are very satisfied with this wedding planning agency and would recommend them to everyone 🙂

Seven Agency allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams at a VERY practical budget. Communication via email was quick. Unfortunately, our original contact encountered medical issues mid-planning, but our event was immediately picked up by another Seven Agency planner without issue. Both planners were excellent. Wedding butler was a savior. She came to our hotel the morning of the event with a professional steamer and steamed my dress and his suit. She was prepared with a fan, drink, basically anything we could need. The basic floral package was ABOVE expectations. My bouquet was absolutely beautiful. I did not use Seven Agency for hair/makeup or photography, so I cannot comment on that. I chose my own team that I trusted and knew their work. To sum it up, I felt Seven Agency did everything they could to make sure my wedding day was perfect… and it was. ❤️

Everything was great! Online support and client-orientation through all the process. Friendly and professional team: positive photographer with many ideas, strong and quick-setting mu and hair stylist, very cute and helpful assistant supported us during all the wedding day. Beautiful wedding place – decorations and flowers were ideal according to my requests, breathtaking view of the Geger beach was a good surprise and nice as a background for the pictures. We are also very grateful for a dinner recommendation – amazing place with delicious menu was a great ending of our special day! The package absolutely worth its budget!

The only issue if we had to nitpick, was perhaps emails can take some time to receive a reply. But we understand everyone has a family and priorities. Every other things were perfect. Let’s talk about contingency. I am well aware I am intolerant to alcohol. But on the actual day, I was so happy and down few glasses of wine in quick succession. While it didn’t knock me out totally, my blood pressure was so low I could barely get on my feet with cold sweat bursting from head, face pale as sheet of paper. Photography had to stop and the team helped me to rest. They tried to contact the restaurant to postpone the dinner by a day. When they couldn’t get hold of the restaurant through phone, the celebrant hop on his bike and went to the restaurant personally. I was helped into a car, back into my stay and assured they’ll take care of the dinner arrangement. We had the dinner the next day together with our guest. We had a photoshoot 2 days later. Had to wake up super early in the morning but it was expected. Lunch was arranged with water, snacks along the way. There was a slight miscommunication but the team compromised and brought us to the location we intended. The photoshoot ended at the place where I got knocked out. Make up those shots and completed the missing part. See the guy on the right? That’s the photographer. Along the way he’ll show us his shots, unedited and they were already stunning. Looking forward to the final version. He may look nonchalant, in fact he is patient and takes pride in his craft. Scanning the locations, visualising and framing the subjects into a perfect picture. Hot and humid weather but he’ll persist till we get the intended pose right. See how much fun we had? End of the day the team said «we are ready to go back to first location, if you want». We know they don’t mean it. Everyone’s tired after an early morning and long day. But it sure was fun and the highlight of our trip. The 3 of them made sure we are well taken care of and are the true hero behind the scene. Seven Agency. You should be proud you’ve put together an awesome team.
