Best air conditioning technicians in Bali: find options near you

Tried to order an aircon for 2 months. Was told they didnt have in stock multiple times at either location or polytron. They did have it at the other location as I found it on their own tokopedia. I had to pay 350k for the deliver of the aircon. Then they wanted 500k to install it plus all materials which is insane. Charging for installation materials is completely normal, it isnt normal to charge 500k on top of that after you already paid over 6millon on the unit and had to pay for shipping and find it yourself.

The service is excellent. Every single information they provided is really firm. Ibu vera is really cooperative and super helpful. The technician is also really professional and do the installation perfectly.

Very bad experience!! Bought 2 new Daikin AC and both not cooling properly because they forgot to fill the Freon which I even mentioned twice to the technician. Also one is making internal noises. Awful Service and extremely unprofessional !! This is not how to treat customers and the worst experience I had with a company, who just wants to sell. I deeply regret buying with them as I only had problems🙏🏽

I love their service. They’re great people, extremely knowledgeable, and they always share a technical pdf report after every cleaning. I recently used their deep clean service, and my 3 year old aircon is like brand new. It’s output is stronger at 24 C low than it was at 20 C high, before and after. They took apart the entire AC, spending 3-4 hours per unit, cleaning every internal part. These people are really good. FYI, AC’s in Bali pull air from inside the room, not outside the villa. So if anyone is suffering from musty smell or shortness of breath, please understand that the AC is pulling air from inside the house and circulating it. Make sure your room is clean first, and then get your AC deep cleaned if your concerned about mold from the rainy season. I highly recommend getting a normal cleaning regularly, and use deep cleaning if your AC is underperforming or if your worried about mold inside the unit.

I bought 3 AC units from Electronic city store in jl Teuku Umar, Bali with package installation from Daikin technicians. Now I have the wost service from Daikin. Technicians didn’t come on booking date. Next day came at 3:00 pm, done a bit of work. Next day didn’t show up. Day after technicians arrived at 11:00am, worked until 4:30pm couldn’t complete 1 AC unit. Today Monday 21 May, they don’t come again, no reply whatsapp. Terrible service, poor skills. Took 2 days 4 technicians couldn’t complete 1 AC unit with easy position for indoor and out door unit. DONT BUY DAIKIN WITH DAIKIN TECHNICIANS if you don’t want to get headache.

Service center slow and disappointing. If you have villa, and you have to get fast response, it is difficult to use daikin. Our ac is brand new and it is already broken and we got bad star because daikin technician is so unreliable, it take them 2 days to come and they fix but it keeps breaking again. I have to call them again and it takes another 2 days for them to come and the technician just dont care he just left without giving solution

Dan akhirnya saya yg harus membeli cat dan keperluan lainnya seharga 800k untuk membuat rapi kembali. Apa ganti ruginya? Menurut saya tidak ada, mereka tetap mengajukan bill untuk biaya pasang yg saya harus bayar meskipun hasil tehnisi nya amburadul dan sangat tidak profesional. Tidak ada kompensasi yg berarti karena sudah merugikan seperti ini.
