We stored our large suitcases for 4 days so we could travel to Nusa Penida without having to carry all our luggage. The service was excellent from start to finish. We were picked up in Ubud and dropped off at the harbor, and when we returned, we were picked up at the harbor again with our suitcases ready and waiting. We were then taken directly to our hotel in Canggu. Everything went smoothly, was well organized, and right on time. The communication was great, and the whole experience made our trip much more convenient and stress-free. We left our luggage almost two months at Bali Luggage Storage. This team is nothing less than simply amazing. It was so easy to communicate, every team member is totally reliable and incredibly kind. We had our luggage picked up from a driver and delivered back again by a driver to our accommodation in Ubud (only for a very, very little extra fee) which was so convenient and throughout all the process the communication was very transparent and honest. Once we also stopped by there and rearranged our luggage and also that was so easy and worked out perfectly. Our bags themselves are spotless (and we had fragile items in them, so they obviously cared very much). We are so grateful for this amazing service and a more than only fair price! Fantastic service. From the moment i contacted them to ask about storing big luggage whilst we went on the boat to the Gili’s they have been fantastic. When I explained what I wanted Annie sorted transport from hotel (Kuta) to port (Nusa Dua), with the driver making sure to put a security faster to my bag as it doesnt have a lock. They then took the bags to their office and sent me a picture to confirm they were there. Then they reunited us with bags to drop us at airport upon return to a different area (Padangbai). Annie was quick to respond to Ferry changes, any queires I had and even sorted us a payment link at the end (you only pay at the end) as we’d run out of IDR. All done thought WhatsApp. 100% recommend, incredibly reasonably priced and made going to the Islands soo much easier then watching others with big wheeley cases.

Great Service. We had one bag to store while we took a short trip from Bali to Komodo. We booked their services the day before our trip. They made arrangements for our hotel transfer to DPS, the driver took the bag to their storage, and when we returned 3 days later they picked us up with our bag and took us to our new hotel in Ubud. The price was very reasonable. It was a little higher than if we booked the transfers ourselves but the convenience of not having to take and pickup our bag from storage was well worth it. I was able to pay in cash or by credit card link. The communication from Annie was fast and accurate. I highly recommend their services.

Extremely reliable and friendly with great communication from the very first message until we had our luggage returned. We used when going to Nusa Lembongan for a few days and didn’t want to take all our luggage with us. On our return to Sanur they arranged for a driver to meet us with our luggage from the Port and take us to our next destination in Ubud for a very competitive price. The driver was again great at communicating and we felt very safe on our onward journey. Would highly recommend and would use again.

Excellent luggage storage service! The service was impeccable. Even though I arrived very late at night around 2 AM, they coordinated everything perfectly with the security staff so we could drop off our luggage without any issue. Both drop-off and pickup were very easy and smooth. The location is also very convenient, only about 10 minutes from the airport. Just make sure to arrange a taxi to bring your luggage there. Highly recommended!

Went on a 3-day trip to Java and needed a place to store 2 large suitcases. Our only issue was that we had an early flight, meaning we needed to drop our bags off well before their normal working hours started. Contact is through WhatsApp, and the communication went smoothly. I sent over my details, paid the invoice, and they assured me a security guard would be there early to help us. Sure enough, the guard was waiting at the agreed time. Everything was waiting for us perfectly when we returned. Excellent, hassle-free service that really went out of their way to accommodate our schedule. Highly recommend!

When I set up the storage, I set it up with another person on the account. We were promised that we would both receive all correspondence in regards to the Storage, including due date reminders. That did not happen. I never received any due date reminder or any information about the Storage as promised when I reached out to them to see when the due date was because I figured it should be near. They told me it had passed, and I had to pay a late fee. When I explained to them that they never sent me the due date notice as promised when I originally set it up, they continue to say that I needed to pay a late fee and they would not waive it as a courtesy. I think it’s poor customer service, and over promising and under delivering.

it was a nice experience, very close to the airport (15 mins walk from the domestic arrival building). I rent a bike for 5hours (90k IDR including 2 helmets and the gas since its a same day rent, i think if you rent for days, u shud refill the gas back), I also stored my luggage there, their rate is 60k IDR for 0-6hours storage. They also offer Bali areas tour.

We had an amazing experience with this luggage storage + scooter rental place. Originally, we planned to leave our luggage there for 5 days, but it ended up being more than 2 weeks. Halfway through, we even came back to swap clean clothes from our suitcase, which was incredibly convenient. Thanks to this, we could travel light with just two backpacks during our motorbike trip and short domestic travels. Our belongings were safe the entire time, communication was fast, clear, and very precise, and they were extremely flexible with every extra request. When we wanted to extend the storage period last minute, it was easily arranged via WhatsApp, and we could pay afterward without any hassle. The team is very customer-focused, friendly, and accommodating. Friendly service, reasonable prices. Generous staff, polite store. I really recommend it for people changing planes at the airport – if you have time, you can rent a car and take a drive like I did. After returning the car in the evening, you can head straight to the airport with your luggage. They have a perfect closed-loop service.

They picked up my suitcase in one city, stored it safely for three days, and then delivered it to a different city — even though the final location was not accessible by car and required a scooter for delivery. Honestly, OLA really saved me. I needed someone to pick up my luggage in Uluwatu and store it in Canggu , everyone else said no, but they said yes. Total lifesaver. Really great service, fast and efficient. Moreover the after service though WhatsApp was really quick and helpful in case of issues! For an example, I pay 66,600 for a whole day (3PM to 4PM next day) so it’s kind of cheap and really useful if you want to do an excursion and don’t want to bring your whole luggage with you. (I did the night hike ljen excursion that I also recommend as well)

Completely unreasonable and predatory. They won’t let even a $0.04 shortfall slide if you accidentally underpay, yet they enforce a $5 minimum transfer and hide behind a strict «no refunds» policy once they’ve taken your money. Zero flexibility, zero fairness , just a one-sided system designed to squeeze every cent out of customers. Avoid if you can.

Amazing service! My friend and I went to this luggage storage at 9am to see if they could store 2 large suitcases and 3 bags until our evening flight the same day. The staff was very friendly and took great care of everything. The suitcases are stored separately wether it’s a short-term storage (like we did) or long-term where you can leave your luggage even for several months. I would definitely recommend using this storage when you need to find a place for your luggage!

Had a great experience. The process was extremely easy and quick. It was a little hard to find, as it’s hidden in amongst the market stalls, but a lovely market worker guided us to the location. Getting our bags was also very quick and easy. I probably waited a maximum of 5 mins on the initial drop off process. Price is very good as well just like everything else in Bali.

Look for the small laneway of market stalls at no 47 and it is hidden/tucked away at the back of the ally.

Reliable and easy to use service with very good communication even months out from my trip and at the time. The process of dropping off and collecting the luggage was smooth and seamless and the staff friendly and helpful.

Be very careful when storing luggage here. First, the price is expensive, at 170k per day. Second, because people are usually in a rush when storing luggage, they often miss the print stating that storage is only until 6 PM. The store will send a WhatsApp reminder later, but if you pick up your luggage after 6 PM, they charge an extra 50k, even only a little late like 10-20 mins. ⚠️ The key point is, if you buy a 5 PM ferry ticket, it’s easy to miss this deadline! We arrived about 20 minutes late. At 5 PM, we informed the store we’d be a bit late and asked them to wait, but got no reply. When we picked up our luggage around 6:20 PM, they immediately demanded 50k. No matter how we tried to explain, they wouldn’t budge. One female staff member was extremely unreasonable and had a bad 0 attitude, making us suspect they use this tactic to overcharge customers. The most convenient way to store luggage is to do it directly at the office where you buy your ferry ticket.

Very satisfied with this place. Storing my luggage was quick, easy and affordable, staff was very friendly and helpful, explained the whole process very clearly. You get a confirmation through WhatsApp and a little card with a number that you can use to pick your luggage up again, at which point you get another confirmation that your luggage was retrieved. Dropping off and picking up took like 5 minutes max, and it’s maybe a 2 minute walk from the port, so perfect!

Accessible and convenient with good customer service but beware the lockers are much smaller than I expected. I booked a «large» locker and it could only fit my suitcase – nothing more. I ended up having to book two lockers. You can book at nomad self storage for less money and larger lockers

Very convenient, they have lockers for luggage’s of different sizes, also their customer service is so supportive, they helped me to choose correct plan, moreover they did it outside of the official working hours. We took 2 weeks plan, tho we knew we would need to pickup our luggages after 11 days. We agreed that I will remind them about our return 1 day in advance and totally forgot to do so, however, they are so great that they remembered it and brought our luggages back without me reminding them. Absolutely will use them again!
