I’ve been using this cleaning service for both general and deep cleaning, and they’re always reliable and thorough. The team is professional, punctual, and does an excellent job every time. Highly recommended!

We were quite disappointed with Klinklin Cleaning Service. The cleaning was very surface-level and did not meet expectations for a deep cleaning. The team did not move items on their own — we had to repeatedly ask them to move things so those areas could be cleaned. Even then, we had to ask them to double-check several spots because they were still dirty after they said they were done. We also paid extra for bed cleaning, which we expected would mean additional time and proper deep cleaning. Instead, it seemed to be included within the general cleaning time we already paid for, with no extra effort or time spent. The beds were simply wiped down. No deep-cleaning machines were used, and overall the work felt rushed and subpar. If you’re looking for true deep cleaning, I would not recommend this service.

Excellent service at an affordable cost. Highly recommended! Both staff made sure that my sofas were fully dried before they rushed out the gate to go to their next appointment – which is essential considering the humidity in Bali climate can make sofas rot if stored indoors without proper drying. They asked permission to enter areas & to smoke within the premises and made every effort to speak broken English with my husband, even though I’m there to speak Indonesian with them – they had good manners. 3 hours work, 2 staff, plus 30 minutes ride transportation cost : all for IDR 400K (less than USD 30) They were cleaning a 3 piece modular L seater

Amazing! Pak Putu is an exceptional housekeeper. He came with professional tools, equipment, and solutions. I did not need to provide him with anything. His work is not only meticulous but also remarkably efficient. He even lifted the bed to guarantee that the floor underneath was spotless. My windows have never sparkled like this before, thanks to Pak Putu and his dedicated team. During our conversation, I learned that Pak Putu previously worked with a prestigious international hotel chain in the housekeeping department before becoming a trainer for a home cleaning company. His standards are exceptionally high.

If you are hoping for quality cleaning and high service, then never contact this company. First they take 100% prepayment without providing the service, then the service will be disgusting. I ordered the service, they did not cope with cleaning a small apartment of 60 m2 after renovation even in 9 hours. During this time, they cleaned 30% and very, very poorly! The next day, I spent the whole day sorting things out with the company. After that, they promised me that they would continue tomorrow, but no one came tomorrow. They promised to finish the day after tomorrow for sure. And then they came a second time and they also did not cope with the job. When I came to check how the cleaning process was going, I saw sleeping workers. I could not wake them up because they were fast asleep and could not hear me. Then I saw that they did not wash the windows and doors. And then we started cleaning together. because they do not know how to clean. In general, I spent money, a lot of time and nerves communicating with this company.

AVOID CSR CLEANING BALI – Completely Unprofessional, Damaging, and Dishonest I don’t usually write negative reviews, but after today’s outrageous experience with CSR Cleaning Bali, I feel it’s my responsibility to warn others. If you care about your time, your property, or basic standards of professionalism — DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY under any circumstances. We hired CSR Cleaning Bali for a detailed cleaning service at Villa Boo in Ungasan, Bali today, expecting a proper deep clean with a professional team and quality results. What we received was a total mess of an experience that left us frustrated, disappointed, and even out of pocket due to damage they caused and refused to acknowledge. 1. LATE ARRIVAL – ZERO RESPECT FOR CLIENTS’ TIME Despite confirming a clear appointment time, the team arrived significantly late, without so much as a courtesy call or explanation. We were left waiting around for them to show up, completely throwing off our day. This was the first sign that we were dealing with a disorganized and careless operation. 2. EXTREMELY SLOW AND UNPRODUCTIVE When they finally arrived, the team moved at a glacial pace. There was no energy, no urgency, and no professionalism. It was as if they had no plan or training for how to properly clean a villa. What should’ve been a thorough clean ended up feeling more like a half-hearted chore done by people who clearly didn’t want to be there. 3. SHOCKINGLY LOW CLEANING STANDARDS The actual cleaning was terrible. Surfaces were left half-wiped, dust and debris remained in corners, mirrors were streaky, and bathrooms were not cleaned properly at all. It was incredibly obvious that no proper standards or checklists were followed. We had to point out multiple missed areas during the process, and even then the work was rushed and careless. This was not a «detailed clean» by any stretch of the imagination. 4. COMPLETELY UNPREPARED – BASIC ITEMS MISSING CSR Cleaning Bali arrived without enough basic cleaning supplies — not even enough rags. They asked to borrow materials from us, which is absurd. A professional cleaning company should always show up fully prepared with the necessary tools and products. This is just basic professionalism, and they failed completely. 5. PROPERTY DAMAGE – BROKE A DOOR AND REFUSED RESPONSIBILITY During the cleaning, they broke one of the interior doors in the villa. Rather than taking responsibility and apologizing, they flat-out denied it, acting as if we wouldn’t notice or hold them accountable. This was the most infuriating part — not only were they careless, but also dishonest and evasive when confronted with the damage. No offer to fix or compensate, just complete denial. 6. FALSE ADVERTISING – NOTHING AS PROMISED Everything about the service we received today was the exact opposite of what CSR Cleaning Bali claims to offer. There was no attention to detail, no professionalism, and absolutely no value for the money we paid. Their service description was a lie, plain and simple. ⸻ In Summary: • ❌ Arrived late with no explanation • ❌ Untrained, slow-moving staff • ❌ Poor quality and incomplete cleaning • ❌ Missing basic tools and cleaning supplies • ❌ Caused damage and refused accountability • ❌ Misleading service description and poor value ⸻ I strongly urge anyone considering CSR Cleaning Bali to look elsewhere. There are far better and more reliable cleaning services in Bali. This company has no respect for your time, property, or expectations. We deeply regret hiring them and hope this review saves others from the same frustration and damage.

Locally owned and everyone worked with excellence. Communication was easy, the team showed up early and knew exactly what I had requested, they worked hard. The team was understanding of the fact that I was moving so some spaces weren’t entirely ready for them yet and they worked around that. The place looked amazing after they were done. They are willing to adjust and customize cleaning chemicals depending on specific materials in the villa. That shows real care and understanding of property maintenance. Booked them for a villa cleaning today at 12 midday, 12 o’clock came and went and heard nothing until 12.50pm when the excuse was it’s raining. (Assumed they would come in a vehicle with the equipment anyway) That is fine but totally unprofessional not to tell someone at the arranged time if they can’t make it. Kecewa bgt dengan koordinasi internalnya, jdnya customer yg rugi waktu. Janji pertama hari Sabtu pagi jam 10, tiba-tiba dicancel karena timnya tidak bisa datang. Itu pun baru diinfo jam 10 lebih setelah sy tanya ke admin untuk konfirmasi. Akhirnya reschedule ke hari besoknya, Minggu jam 9 pagi. Hari Minggu jam 9 pagi sy kontak admin, katanya tim jadinya datang jam 10, itu pun tidak ada informasi dari admin kalau sy ga kontak duluan. Sampe jam 10 masih belum ada info, sy kontak lg katanya tim masih di jalan, akhirnya tim baru sampe sekitar jam 10.15. Tim lapangan ditanya kenapa telat bilangnya baru diinfo oleh admin mendadak. Perbaiki deh komunikasi internalnya 🤦🏻‍♀️
