From the second day, she was already confidently assisting with tasks like washing my daughter’s hair, something that has always been a challenge even for us. She is extremely independent, reliable, and shows great initiative. She never played on her phone while looking after kid and provided educational interaction showing genuine care. Even without being told, she instinctively knows what needs to be done next. She is also humble and professional. We cannot recommend Nanny Dayu highly enough! We used her throughout our week-long stay in Bali, and she was absolutely incredible with our two-year-old daughter, as well as our friends’ children. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She came prepared with toys and activities to keep the kids entertained, played with them constantly, and even spent hours swimming in the pool with them so we could relax knowing they were safe, happy, and having the best time. Absolutely the BEST. Yuni spent a little over a week with us taking care of our 3 year old daughter, Kaia while we were in Bali. We had 3 days in Seminyak that were mostly evening care while we were at dinner but had 5 nights at a villa in Ubud where she lived in with us and assisted throughout the day and night. We felt at ease with Yuni immediately, mostly because our daughter loved her right away. She was so thoughtful, attentive, came with amazing toys and engaging materials, and really knew how to engage a little one. At the villa, she taught Kaia how to cook Indonesia fried rice and they’d have dinner together nightly before bath time and bed. Yuni swam with her during the day as in our pool (our little one is learning how to swim), and she generally knew how to navigate being present at the villa while the parents were also present… she helped SO much and brought the sweetest energy and the greatest desire to help. I’d recommend her to anyone and would hire her again whether I return to Indonesia or anywhere in Southeast Asia. If Yuni is a reflection of the kind of nannies on the team at Febylous, they’re doing something right! Sunny has been fantastic and I have felt so comfortable leaving the children with her. My daughter has asked to spend everyday with her and she has been so engaging with both the 2 year old and 6 year old as well as making us parents feel at ease and able to relax while out. The photos of the kids playing and enjoying their time with her that she sent made it easier. Spending time with Sunny has been the kids favourite part of our holiday.

As parents, we are naturally very cautious and have never felt comfortable leaving Julian with someone we don’t know but with Sunny, that completely changed. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and nurturing with Julian. She engaged with him so beautifully, always making sure he was happy, safe, and entertained. Nanny Ani is absolutely amazing. I had my last minute request in the morning for take care my both boys 4 hours to enjoy my MeTime in bali. She brought the toys, balloons and bring them to the play room when they bored in the hotel room. They even hug Ani when we say good bye. I’ll be back again in bali with her service if needed.

We were lucky to get a recommendation for this service from friends. In response to our request, we were matched with a wonderful nanny. My one-year-old daughter needed only about 10 minutes to feel comfortable with her and happily go into her arms. Over the next three days, they spent about 12 hours a day together, and my baby was absolutely happy. During that time, I could enjoy the ocean and take care of my own things, feeling completely calm and confident. The nanny was very attentive to all my requests, followed my daughter’s daily routine, brought many toys, and even swam with her in the pool. I’m truly grateful that such a service exists — thanks to it, we will definitely be able to visit Amed much more often.

Australian family. First time using a nanny. We had Arik. She is a really skilled and kind person. She brought toys over for our 2 and 4 yr old, got in the pool with them, got in the ocean, caught a boat with the whole family so we could go snorkelling; She can do naps, showers, change nappies, toilet assist. We stayed in a big villa with other family and children. Arik helped with our other nieces and nephew even though she didn’t have to- she was always happy to help with the 11 month old baby and put her to sleep multiple times, even on a boat. She did lots of pampering with our daughters, including nails, hair and massage. She had lots of little treats for our children and was super generous with her time, including cooking us a special dinner (best food in Bali). We used Arik’s services in Amed where she is based, and we will use her again for the last 4 days of our trip in Seminyak. She allowed my husband and I to have plenty of dates, go to the gym, lie in the sun and read a book and even have a shower in the evening before leaving. She’s very flexible with time availability. For 2 children, approx price is $11/hr AUD. +$5AUD daily travel fee. It was extremely reasonable in my opinion. We were considering getting a different nanny in Seminyak but we will still with Arik as the girls ask for her after she leaves and want to know when they will see her next. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience. Booking and communication was smooth, and our nanny, Fian (Fi), was wonderful with our two boys (1.5 and 3.5 years)- bringing toys and going in the pool with them too. Ila took care of our 10-month-old baby for a week, and we couldn’t have hoped for a better nanny—especially as it was his first time being looked after by someone else. From the very beginning, she built a special bond with him. She is incredibly gentle, kind and smiling which made my son feel comfortable and happy to be with her. She was very attentive to his needs and took wonderful care of him throughout the day (naps, meals, playtime, bath etc) We trusted her completely and would warmly recommend her to any family.

I was very nervous to use a Nanny in Bali, as it was my first time visiting. I saw Gia working with another family at a resort we were staying at and saw first hand how much care she had, and great quality interactions. We recently had Betty and Linda come with our family of 5 over the course of our 7 day holiday. It was our first time using a nanny. I was apprehensive about leaving the kids in someone elses care as it is rare for us, even at home, however very quickly i knew they were in great hands. Betty and Linda made everything we wanted to do as a family possible and even gave great suggestions that resulted in a more relaxed holiday. They were organised and able to manage the different needs of both the 6 month old and the 2 1/2 year old while also having a 16 year old around. They were way more than an extra pair of hands. Not only did they provide a professional and supportive service, they were also very flexible and genuine people. They both have a calm and gentle nature and also energetic and fun for children where appropriate. There was no request or activity they were not abke to support our family with. I felt safe knowing my children were in their care around us and without us present. Their English was strong and their communication was amazing. Linda and Betty were very good at anticipating the needs of our children. They bonded very quickly establishing a great relationship with the kids straight away. Their suggestions made our holiday stress free and fun for the children. They are very good at what they do. They went above and beyond. And genuinely cared for the children. They became more than nannies. They became friends. They were amazing! I highly rate their services. 5 stars is an understatement. We intend to book them both for our next holiday.

We had the best experience hiring nanny sherly to help us during our holiday in Bali. She was fantastic with our 2 boys (aged 3yo and 6month). Our 3yo usually takes a long time to warm up and play with people he has never met before. However, it only took Sherly a few minutes to introduce herself and engage in activities with him and he was happily playing with Sherly after that! Nia looked after my daughter (1.5 yo) for 5 days. Hiring her was by far the best decision we made for an enjoyable holiday. My daughter loved her! She woke up every day asking for «Auntie Nia».
