Comms was excellent, costs stayed within reasonable budgets, and most important of all the after service and follow ups have been excellent. There are so many nightmare stories of cowboy builders and projects gone wrong in Bali, so I was naturally very concerned about picking the right contractor and designer, so very happy I chose Populaire and will be using them for the next project in Lombok.

Excellent quality building, and the key is that Cyrus, the boss, knows his stuff and deals directly with the customer to fix any hiccups along the way. After an extensive search of the rental and resale market we decided to build. Our search for builders led us to Populaire. Some architects will do design, then leave it up to you to identify your builder. Not having knowledge of the local builders, we were looking for someone who could both design and build to our specifications, not simply an off plan build. Its been a pleasure working with Nusa Solar. We wanted a renewable energy system consisting of solar panels and a battry to improve our night time renewable energy mix and also act as a small power backup for PLN blackouts. We installed a large solar panel set-up. In teo steps with sufficient battery to cover spikes have back-ip. Lovely experience learning how to make candles and incense. It was a good and very unique way to experience Bali culture, make memories, having fun while learning something as well. The instructor is so patient and easy to follow. You get to take your craft home as well. I mostly enjoyed making thoughtful gifts for my friends🥰🥰Definitely worth a try when you visit Bali

This was such a unique experience. The incense-making process isn’t hard at all, yet it’s incredibly fun. I also loved learning about the raw materials and history of incense sticks from the instructor. I’d highly recommend this workshop for everyone, even kids! The staff here are all incredibly warm and friendly. I had such a joyful, peaceful morning.

Highly recommended to spend some time at this studio during your trip. I feel so lucky to have found them and produced my favorite Bali gifts here! The team is so fun and lovely. They never stopped giving compliments until my heart was full 😂 I found so much peace making my tote bags. We did the incense workshop which was great! You can choose your own scents, they teach you some about the history of incense and guide you on how to roll them step by step. About 1,5 hours start to finish, optional add on to paint your incense burner. If I could give an extra star for the cute kitty I would!

Loved our incense making workshop. I attended my workshop with my tw little ones! We learned how to make incense and enjoy natural incense sticks. Highly recommended for a peaceful afternoon

I called Bali Plumbing (after picking them randomly off the internet). They were able to send someone to help the same day The plumber who arrived was smart, professional, and capable. He completed the job (replacing a toilet and several other items) quickly, and the cost was reasonable I will definitely go back next time! The provide great service!

Honest review, been using their service twice. The first one was water tank installation, the second one was bathroom reparation. Good service, and very neat work. Highly recommend if you have problem with your plumbing system.

My shower and toilet drains were blocked and Bali Plumbing responded very quickly. The technician had good quality tools are efficiently worked through high pressure pumping and rodding to identify that the septic tank was full…which it was !!! Very happy with the service including the support online via WA

Started out good, installed tank and pump. 1 week in issues with leaking that was blmed on the material (they brought and used), then the actual water pump leaked and they won’t fix it because they only give 2 weeks guarantee. Makes sense because their installation doesn’t seem to last mire than that.

Bali plumbing is on-time and resolved my problem. Blocked drains were cleared out quickly and pump setup was checked. Great work.

Tried to order an aircon for 2 months. Was told they didnt have in stock multiple times at either location or polytron. They did have it at the other location as I found it on their own tokopedia. I had to pay 350k for the deliver of the aircon. Then they wanted 500k to install it plus all materials which is insane. Charging for installation materials is completely normal, it isnt normal to charge 500k on top of that after you already paid over 6millon on the unit and had to pay for shipping and find it yourself.

The service is excellent. Every single information they provided is really firm. Ibu vera is really cooperative and super helpful. The technician is also really professional and do the installation perfectly.

The only locksmith in Bali I’ve been to but I would agree he might just be the best. Went there at 10.30pm cos of an emergency. I don’t think it’s quite 24hrs, but they do open late. Forgot my luggage lock key so had the lock broken. Very quick (less than 10 mins) and very reasonably priced. It seems almost to be in a residential area, down a narrow lane.

Very bad experience!! Bought 2 new Daikin AC and both not cooling properly because they forgot to fill the Freon which I even mentioned twice to the technician. Also one is making internal noises. Awful Service and extremely unprofessional !! This is not how to treat customers and the worst experience I had with a company, who just wants to sell. I deeply regret buying with them as I only had problems🙏🏽
