They are amazing. Helped us so many times with some home and office improvement- hanging shelves, fixing things, etc. love them and highly recommend!

We have been using Mr FixIt since 2017 for so many different facets of their services. Our Villa needs someone who is reliable, professional and knowledgeable to fulfill the many jobs that can come up within owning a Bali villa. They endeavor to assist at short-notice of which is a rare service to find. We are so grateful! Also, they assist with our other many scheduled maintenance works done annually etc. We have never had an issue with their pricing as is always fair for the high level of work provided. If you are considering them? – Get a Quote – and compare – remember knowledge and professionalism is priceless. Right from the office staff, tradesmen, and accounts department we can highly recommend!

They are busy but rightfully so. They do good job. So if you want something good you have to wait and be patient. They came perfectly in time and find out all the issues within 5 minutes. Fixed it and left. Did not even charge me. I had to ask them to invoice me they sent me a bill with very good price. Amazing people and company. Highly recommended.

I have been more than 6 years working with Mr. Fix it. The best maintenance company in Bali to help you with your house projects. Their team is amazing profesional and their prices are very very fair. Mr. Fix it makes my life much easier. The best Indonesian – Western approach to work with. Thank you so much

I have used Mr Fixit several times over the last two years. Every time they are polite, a good price and the workmen always fix our maintenance problems and leave our villa tidy. I highly recommend them.

We have been working with Mr Fix It since 2014 for small renovations in our home. Our interactions with the team, including the owner and administrative staff, have always been positive. While we understand that they have a busy schedule and may not always be able to attend to our needs right away, we appreciate their commitment to quality work and understand that good contractors are hard to come by in Bali. We have now completed several projects with Mr Fix It and continue to choose them for their excellent workmanship and reliable service. We trust them to complete the job well, and in turn, they trust us to pay them on time. All of our projects have been completed to a high standard, with good communication regarding costs and any changes to the initial estimate. While weather conditions and local ceremonies have occasionally impacted completion times, we have found Mr Fix It to be generally timely and reliable. Ps: It’s important to note that some one-star reviewers may not have actually used these services, as such their negative ratings are unwarranted. It’s unfair to tarnish a business’s reputation without proper cause. Potential customers should read reviews which are relevant and constructive.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with the very professional staff members of Mr. Fixit lately. They answered every questions we had and addressed all our concerns about the importance of building solid house foundations in order to minimize the potential risks afterwards. We highly recommend this company and we personally would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.
