I had a wonderful experience with Rini, the specialist who did my blow-dry. She did an amazing job on my hair—it looked smooth, stylish, and perfectly done. The salon itself had a very professional and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the visit. Rini was especially skilled and careful with her work, making sure everything was done to a high standard. I truly appreciated her professionalism and friendly attitude. Highly recommended!

Overall: terribell experience. Me and my friend came to this place because we both wanted to get our hair done. I asked for light brown highligts, to get some dimention in my dark hair. I showed my hairdresser inspo pics, and she agreed. I said spesifically that i wanted to keep my natural haircolor, but that i wanted some natural hihhlights to get some dimention. Anyway, when she was finished with my hair, i had turned out complitely blond. Not at all what i was asking for. I said that i wanted it a little more darker, and got a toner that made my hair a little better. But: it was not at all what i was asking for. And also, almost everything of my hair got bleached which is very damaging for the hair. When we tried to say that we did not get what we wanted, our hairdresser got angry and annoyed which made me feel like it was my fault. When it came to payment, we did not want to pay full price because we did not get what we wanted att all, and they destroyed our hair. The hairdresser then accused us of plotting not to pay all along. Which is not the case att all. Both of us are very unhappy with the result and the experience of this salon. Would not recomend.

I had a great experience! The gel pedicure was done beautifully, with great attention to detail and the result is perfect. The salon has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere and everyone was very kind and professional. I highly recommend it!

The BEST facial Ive ever had & I live in Bali & get them once a month. I got the Make Me Younger Facial & Wash + Style. Absolutely fabulous!! The therapist was so thorough during my facial. It was deeply relaxing & my face looks so glowy

I booked a gel manicure with chrome on my nails and to say the least the service was really poor. The products and tools used were also very cheap and poor quality. The nail file used was so thin and made a horrible scratch noise. The scrub for the manicure felt like soft dead skin rolling on my hands. The cuticle cream and cleanser was just cheap quality decanted with no brand name just probably very cheap stuff. The application it’s self my nail therapist applied the gel very bumpy and was not even on my nails. I paid extra for chrome which chipped within the same day getting them done. I immediately let them know and provided photos. As I was moving around in Bali I couldn’t get them fixed immediately. The promised I could come back, but when I wanted to come back they didn’t respond to my messages. By after 1 week, all my nails were chipped and the chrome was already gone. Due to them looking so bad I ended up going elsewhere and paying for them to re be done. It’s been 4 weeks since and my nails have still lasted. It was such a shame my nails only lasted a few hours. Overall place looks very aesthetically nice but the treatments are very poor and I can tell from my therapist that she wasn’t experienced as I had to fix the nail shape to avoid being later disappointed during my service.

I ruined my hair color after going to a salon in Bali, so I was beyond happy to finally get my hair back to its beautiful natural color and healthy feel. Happy is such an amazing hair specialist, she truly understood the assignment. I asked for my natural hair color back, and she did an incredible job. She also gave me a trim that made my hair look so healthy and natural again.

Mega was super friendly and helpful, I had a broken nail and she helped me fixing it, very professional! I also like how she removed my cuticles, I’m vey happy with the results! Highly recommend
