Hands down the finest studio in the area. I have been back 2x from Canada to get some work done by Alex. He's not a man of many words but expresses himself through his art. Ive had 2 sessions over the past year with 7 hours each session. The staff is so accommodating and helpful with food ordering, coffee, and making sure I'm warm or cool enough. The owner was present the day I was there and he was nice to chat to. Everyone made me so comfortable AND the cleanliness and sanitation practices were top notch. Beyond my expectations.....I will be back!

Yana’s work is absolutely magical. She understood my vision based off the real pictures of my diving experience and inked me in the best way possible. I love my tattoo and will definitely be returning for another one soon! Highly recommended, please consider Yana for your next tattoo when you come to Bali!

This was mine and my wife's first tattoo ever and I just have to say, the artist we've worked with, Hati is amazing. He was so patient with us the whole time, explained everything before we even started, then spent hours getting the design exactly right, no rushing us at all. Honestly the tattoo came out even cleaner than the iPad sketch, personally I didn't think that was even possible but... We're so happy with it and so thankful to Hati for how it turned out. Also just want to say the whole team at Artful Tattoo was great, from the first message we sent all the way through to getting the tattoo done, felt like they actually cared about what we wanted the whole time, not just rushing us through. If you're in Bali and want a tattoo, go to Artful Tattoo, we'll definitely be back next time we visit Indonesia.

Recently had a handful of tattoos done with Yana at Artful Ink and I cannot speak highly enough of the whole experience. Yana is extremely committed to her work, and ensures she takes the time to sit with you and discuss exactly what you want, and how she can best bring this to life. She did not once complain or make me feel rushed with placement (patience of a saint because I can be a little on the picky side and change my mind 1000 times), and I’m in love with all pieces. She nailed every one! It’s clear she’s really passionate and skilled in her work, and I can’t wait to go see her again when I’m in Bali next. Studio was fresh, friendly and hygienic. 10/10 recommend. ❤️

Wonderful experience getting my first tattoo with Yana. She brought my 10-year dream to life with her design and artistry. She was very thorough and patient as I decided on the size and placement and made some changes I had requested. I also had some Sanskrit inscriptions on the tattoo which she did beautifully. Her fine line mastery is extraordinary. Everyone has pointed out how intricate the work looks. The Artful Ink premises were calm and peaceful and made it a beautiful experience for me. Also kudos to their team for the quick responses and follow-ups to my requests and questions over WhatsApp.

Yana is the embodiment of the word ‘professional’. Together with her genius husband, Dima, the design process is nothing short of perfection. The whole crew at Artful Ink, Paul, Jasmine and all the staff, deliver a homely, welcoming and caring experience. I can’t imagine a better studio. Yana worked tirelessly for 16 hours over 2 days and didn’t skip a beat. She is a true perfectionist. The result is flawless and the experience unforgettable.
