SUKA UBUD

Suki Espresso is a really popular brunch spot in Ubud. The upstairs seating has lovely views and a really nice atmosphere if you’re looking for somewhere to slow down and enjoy a relaxed breakfast or coffee. The menu is definitely geared towards tourists, so prices are higher than local cafés. Personally, I thought it was a little overpriced for what it was, but the food was consistently good and it’s a great option if you’re after a more upmarket brunch experience. Their signature ice cream coffee was delicious, not very strong. It gets very busy, which is a testament to its popularity. The staff work incredibly hard, although service can be a little slow during peak times when everyone seems to arrive at once. On one visit there was a small mix-up with my order, but the team handled it really well. They were genuinely apologetic and even offered me a complimentary smoothie, which I thought was a very generous gesture and showed they care about customer experience. My tip would be to arrive early if you want the best seats upstairs, especially during the breakfast and brunch rush. Andy was my waiter twice and was very helpful, thanks Andy!

This is the place we came to eat during our whole stay in Ubud! My boyfriend and I can confirm it was all round an amazing restaurant. The food was great and reasonably priced and the milkshakes were also fantastic. The atmosphere and vibe are perfect any time of day. We met 3 lovely staff who served us continuously - Komi the security guard; and Febri and Buda on waitering team. A must try when in Ubud and definitely recommend!☺️✨ Valeria & Tom x

We had an incredible brunch at Suka Ubud and liked it so much we ended up becoming regulars during our stay! Even though it was quite busy when we arrived, our server Yudi was fantastic—he was polite and very prompt in finding us a table and getting our orders sorted. The food was outstanding across the board: • Wagyu Beef Burger: Juicy and packed with flavor. • Seared Tuna Sandwich: Fresh and perfectly prepared. • Drinks: The Lychee Iced Tea was refreshing, and Suka’s Special Iced Coffee is a must-try for caffeine lovers. However, the absolute star of the show was the Triple Chocolate Mud Cake. It truly "takes the cake"—literally! It was so decadent that we kept coming back for it again and again until the day we left Ubud. Highly recommend this spot for the food, the vibe, and the excellent service from Yudi!

Amazing cafe with great breakfast options. I ate truffle scrambled eggs and berry pancake. Both were very delicious. The service is fast and good. Nana was my waiter and she was very sweet and helpful and always addressed me with my name. When a waiter remembers your name among all other customers, it makes you feel special. Thank you Nana. The smiling faces, kindness and service quality of Balinese people will be something I will miss when I go back home.

I’ve visited this place many times and it’s always such a nice experience. The whole staff is incredibly welcoming and kind, especially Dira, who always makes us feel so welcome. My favorite dishes are the shakshuka and yoghurt bowl, and they also make a really good matcha latte. Definitely one of my favorite spots!
