We met with several Indonesian digital marketing agencies before deciding on Island Media, and we have no regrets! We've now been working with them for over a year, and they've been great every step of the way -- professional, responsive, proactive, and reliable. Their insights, advice, and explanations have been helpful, and we look forward to achieving even more with our ad campaigns as we continue to work together.

Since the first time when we approached the Island Media Management team we felt that the communication went very well, specifically in understanding the needs on our website development. During the design and construction phase we had to exercise the whole process through virtual meetings due to the CoVid-19 pandemic. However the IMM team (Suzan, Raka, Ecky and Tio, to name a few) were very patient and cooperative working on adjustments, corrections and additions to the website content. The website launch was actioned as per our agreed timeline and with very minimal issues which were addressed in a timely manner. Also thank you very much to Tarryn for clarifying a few matters. As the client, we are satisfied with the service rendered to us even with very limited resources that we have but at the end we have achieved our common objectives. We are excited to work with the new and fresh look of our website and look forward to generate more business in the near future.

Amazing team, exceptional service and and a fantastic end product! We are extremely happy with the design and functionality of our website and social media pages that Island Media created. Island Media Management’s entire staff is very informative, helpful and immediately responds to our requests and queries. We would absolutely would use them again and highly recommend their website design services to others! Thank you for everything!
