Dr. Wayan was absolutely fantastic. A fellow traveler in my group contracted Bali belly, and being able to have a doctor come to our hotel room was extremely helpful. Dr. Wayan was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He quickly assessed the situation, administered the IV therapy and medications, and ensured my friend began feeling better as quickly as possible. We also really enjoyed his kindness and personality. He shared some great stories, kept us smiling, and truly lifted everyone’s spirits during what was initially a very stressful situation. Amazing experience with finding a doctor to cure my discomfort! It was very quick and the doctor was here within 15 min. I had the UV drip and medicines for anti nausea and stomach protection. Good experience and highly recommend! They reply very fast on WhatsApp too 😁🙏

I cannot recommend this service high enough. I was already sick before leaving home (Melb) due to a bad reaction to an increase in medication. After being in Seminyak for over 24hrs, only drinking water and not getting any better my husband came across Mobile Medicine. The team were at our Villa within 20mins. 2 of the nicest men came (I assume 1x dr and 1x nurse). The dr took my blood pressure, temperature and examined my stomach. He explained that by looking at my stomach and symptoms that he thought I had a gastric infection, recommended foods to avoid and to stick to small meals, more consistently (toast, banana, rice etc). The nurse connected me up to an IV (2x bags, 1hr) for fluids, vitamins etc. They were extremely thorough and explained everything to my husband as well as provided me with antibiotics, charcoal tablets and 3x other medications for my symptoms. The team also messaged my husband as he booked the service the next day to check-in. Extremely grateful.

2 very kind doctors came to our villa to treat our daughter for Bali Belly with IV. They did a proper consultation first and the package included all the follow up medications you could ever need. Excellent English also. Highly recommend.

My partner got the Bali belly with severe cramping and within 30-40mins a doctor was at our resort. Dana was very attentive explained the whole process and gave specific instructions with post IV care and dietary requirements. In the next few days the clinic was available 24 hours a day to answer any questions we had regarding medicine, observations etc and believe me I had a lot of them. Service is better than anything I've ever seen in Australia. Money well spent to ensure recovery goes smoothly. Thanks so much

I had a really great experience with Mobile Medicine Medical Clinic. After I contacted the clinic late in the evening, they arrived within about an hour, which was incredibly fast and reassuring when you’re not feeling well. Dr. Wayan took amazing care of me from start to finish. Before starting the treatment, he did a thorough examination and made sure he understood my condition properly. He explained everything clearly so I felt safe and informed the whole time. I had to receive an IV drip, and Dr. Wayan stayed with me the entire time to make sure everything was going well and that I felt comfortable. His professionalism, kindness, and attention made a huge difference when I was feeling quite sick. The service was incredibly professional, fast, and caring.
