Bodhicitta Acupuncture Canggu & Holistic Healing Bali

Have visited twice (once a week) following recommendation from a friend. Helped tremendously with my left rib pain/flare from surfing. It’s the only thing that helps as I continue to surf and stay active, the acupuncture not only relieves the pain so i can lay on my stomach again, I am also able to take deep full breaths. Will plan to return weekly to assist recovery.

I have already used acupuncture several times in Europe in Asia but here this is a unique approach using acupuncture therapy moxibustion cupping and others. I consulted for sciatica with severe pain, tension in my back, neck and shoulders. I could no longer stand or walk normally. In just a few sessions I felt that it was circulating again, I regained my strength my energy and I was able to practice yoga walk dance again. Gede is a skilled acupuncture with intuitive healing energy. I have been for three sessions with him so far for tension headache behind my eyebrow and also neck, shoulder and back stiffness. He somehow knows exactly where the tension is in the body and where to place the needles. I feel very safe and trust his expertise. I am also now having cosmetic (facial) acupuncture with Gede which feels amazing for relieving tension in my face and I’m hoping after a few sessions I’ll look more youthful and glowy (haha) He also uses moxibustion (fire acupuncture) which is new to me - I’m not sure exactly what this is for but it feels very soothing and healing. I always leave the sessions feeling very relaxed and much less tense. I will continue with regular sessions because I feel the benefits are worth it. Highly recommend!

I met Gede by chance in 2022. I had been dealing with sinus pain for several months, even though I had never experienced anything like that before. I had daily headaches, like a constant pressure across my sinuses, and I felt dizzy all the time. I was in Bali for a week, and the pollution made it worse. So I looked for a doctor and saw that acupuncture could help. I had never tried it before, so I went without much conviction. During the session, after about 20–30 minutes, a huge amount of mucus suddenly drained into the roof of my mouth (sorry, not very glamorous), and I never had sinus problems again after that. I went back to see him for other health issues—knee pain, thyroid imbalance, and so on. But two significant events truly changed my life. The first was in 2024. I learned about my grandfather’s passing right after leaving a session with Gede. I’m convinced that having had that session before hearing the news helped me cope with my grief more peacefully (it may sound a bit spiritual, sorry). The second was in 2025. I had been trying to get pregnant for three months without success. I had another session and shared my worries about not being able to conceive. The following month, I became pregnant. Maybe it’s not connected, but I have a strong feeling that it is. I have immense trust in Gede. I even asked him to treat my three-week-old baby, who was suffering from colic and crying a lot. During the session, my baby was very relaxed and released all the trapped gas in his stomach. Thank you, Gede, for all the good you have brought into my life 🙏🏻
