So convenient! I had parts of my luggage there for over a month since I did not need stuff I used in New Zealand or Australia. The best part was to use gojek send to pickup luggage or to deliver my wifes luggage to the self storage without us being envolved much. Communication over Whatsapp was flawless. Website said it was open. Arrived and it was closed. Tried calling but nobody answered. Would recommend calling prior to arriving to ensure they’re open
