After much back and forth with the assistance of Felix. Looking, re-visiting, and negotiating with various owners, I finally selected a Fabulous Villa in Seminyak. Huge pool, very very private and literally zero noise. Throughout the two week process of inspecting 3 to 4 villas per day, I can rate both Felix and Bali Coconut Living as FANTASTIC.
