Escape Haven - Bali Retreat

Escape Haven was an oasis in the heart of Canggu and a blissful retreat for the mind and body. The location was fantastic, very safe, and an easy walk to local cafes and boutiques. The staff was absolutely incredible; no details were too small and they were always greeting each guest by their names. My room was clean, very comfortable, and serene - I recommend doing a bit of research and chat with the retreat staff before booking to explore the qualities of each room. My stay felt special and seamless from the moment I arrived: daily massages, nourishing healthy meals and snacks, and thoughtful planning of my daily schedule by my facilitator, Coco. I didn’t have to think about anything. I arrived exhausted and wound tightly, and completed my week recharged, grateful, and taken care of - I only wish I stayed two weeks! The entire staff was a loving, warm hug 🥰. I highly recommend Escape Haven and am already looking forward to my return.

My experience at Escape Haven exceeded all my expectations. I went looking for an opportunity to re-energise and reset, and left feeling completely renewed in mind, body and soul. I chose the fitness package and also had the opportunity to try yoga and Pilates. The daily spa treatments were an absolute highlight and added a luxurious and restorative element to the week. What made the experience even more special were the wonderful women I shared the retreat with and the incredibly caring staff, who genuinely could not do enough for you. Their warmth, kindness and attention to detail created such a welcoming and supportive environment. The food was also exceptional - nourishing, delicious and beautifully prepared every day. Everything about Escape Haven felt thoughtfully designed to help guests truly disconnect, recharge and prioritise their wellbeing. I am I grateful for the experience and will definitely be returning.

What a truly incredible experience! I was fortunate enough to be able to attend a retreat at Escape Haven and it did not disappoint. I was traveling to Bali for the first time solo and from the moment I was picked up by the Escape Haven transport I felt instantly calmed and knew I had made the right decision. When you arrive at the accommodation you are showered with an abundance of care. I had chosen the surf package and found it was a perfect mix of massages, yoga/meditation, surfing, relaxing and other activities. It is hard to say what a highlight would be for me - all experiences were as equally as wonderful. I loved being able to connect with women from all parts of the world and share a transformative journey together. I believe everyone leaves Escape Haven feeling rejuvenated, emotionally lighter and deeply restored. Thank you to the team at Escape Haven for all that you do.

My mum and I spent 10 wonderful days on retreat and had the most amazing experience. The staff were so caring, kind and welcoming, and made us feel looked after from start to finish. Everything was lovely – the room, the delicious food, the relaxing spa treatments, and all of the activities. We especially loved the yoga and Pilates classes. One of the highlights was meeting the other women on the retreat, who made the experience even more special. A huge thank you to all of the beautiful Bali staff, who truly became like family to us. They made our stay so special and created such a warm and supportive environment. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed and so grateful for the experience. We will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking for some time to recharge ❤️

My time at Escape Haven was honestly one of the most healing, beautiful and enjoyable experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed, safe and cared for. Every single detail was thought through so perfectly. The food was absolutely incredible, the facilities were stunning, peaceful and luxurious, and the service from all the staff was genuinely 10/10. Everyone was so kind, supportive and warm-hearted, and you can really feel the love and intention behind everything they do. I came here carrying a lot emotionally, and I’m leaving feeling lighter, calmer, stronger and so grateful for this experience. The activities, ceremonies, treatments and connections I made with the other women were something I’ll honestly never forget. Escape Haven gave me space to rest, reflect, laugh, cry, heal and reconnect with myself again. I cannot recommend this retreat enough to anyone needing a reset, healing, self-love or simply time for themselves in the most beautiful environment. Thank you for such a magical experience 🤍✨

As a solo traveller, I was a little nervous arriving on my own, but the staff made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. What made the experience even more special was the incredible sense of community that developed among the guests. I arrived not knowing anyone and left feeling connected, supported, and part of something truly special. The retreat gave me the time and space to slow down, reflect, heal, and gain a new perspective on life. I came away feeling refreshed, grateful, and with memories and friendships that I will cherish for a long time. What a wonderful week!

My daughter and I had the most wonderful experience at Escape Haven. It was a week of pure rest and relaxation. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay — they were truly beautiful souls. I chose Escape Haven because I wanted to have a Bali experience alongside my 21-year-old daughter, but without being in each other’s pockets. Escape Haven provided exactly that for us. The rooms, pool, and shared areas are simply beautiful. The food was incredible — I’m salivating just remembering some of my favourite meals. I don’t know if I can pick a particular highlight, as each day was incredibly special for different reasons. It was a beautiful experience to share with my incredible daughter, and one I will cherish forever.
