Sociolla Store Beachwalk Bali

Very large choice of cosmetics and better prices than competitors, without so much markup considering the remote location. They got a nice cosmetics bar in the center to try several products.

Horrible customer experience. This store has no sense of customer service. There were several sales assistants standing around, yet no one approached me to greet me, offer help, or provide any guidance. I approached three different staff members myself. The first one was particularly unprofessional — she simply pointed me to a product I was looking for and walked away without a word. The other two were not any better. I ended up spending over an hour in the store, relying on my own research just to figure out which products might suit me. I selected everything on my own and went to the cashier without receiving any real assistance. This is especially disappointing as I went out of my way to visit this store with the intention of completely updating my skincare routine, and I received no guidance at all.

Very large Korean skincare store with a good variety of brands at reasonable prices. The place is well organized with different sections (recommended products, etc.) and even has a sink area where you can test facial soaps. The staff is helpful and can answer your questions about the products. A great spot for skincare lovers!

This shop was good for Korean products to buy but i feel its quite expensive and there after shopping policies didn't get me well. Otherwise the experience was good with great and helpful staff.

My favorite store in Bali. I pop in and disappear for an hour) They have a large selection of Asian cosmetics 👍🏽
