I had an absolutely amazing experience here. The massage was incredibly relaxing — a full hour of pure bliss. I completely switched off and truly enjoyed every moment. After that, I spent a few more hours in the sauna and pool, and it honestly felt like a full reset for my body and mind. The service is outstanding — truly high-quality in every detail🤌🤌The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. You can feel the brand and the level of care in everything, even in the smallest touches — down to the locker key details. I left feeling deeply relaxed and recharged for the entire week. Definitely one of the best spa experiences I’ve had 🤍

Lovely massages, during our two week stay me and my husband explored various massages and returned for the Balinese massage specifically. The ASAI spa offer a great range of relaxing massages and I really recommend making a use of them during your stay. Staff are not only highly trained but very friendly and smiley as everywhere around the entire ASAI. On top of massages you also have sauna, ice bath and pool which you can use.

I don’t even know where to begin. The spa area was small with no view. The dry sauna had capacity of about 20 The pool (with swimming pool temperature) was tight for 2 but allows 4 seated or standing. If you try to fit 6 pax, it would be squid game. The cold plunge was very cold which was good with capacity of 2. There was not sufficient hangout space other than a few chairs. The massage treatment itself was ok but the therapist mannerism really disregard privacy. Mine asked me to take off everything in front of the mirror and the shared room curtain was not closed. I finally asked her to close the divider curtain right in time before another customer stepped in. The training was horrible. Anyway, I was happy to book only the 60 mins., not longer. The foot treatment are being done in the nook by the pools. If you don’t mind driving further, there are The Istana, Asa Maia, and a few more down south with really nice facilities and compatible rates.
