Hubit Laundry Express

Really happy with Hubit Laundry! The service was quick and efficient, everything came back nicely done, and the prices were very reasonable. The free pick-up and drop-off service was definitely a huge plus and made everything so convenient. Would happily use them again and definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Very professional and courteous service. Picked up our laundry within 15 minutes and came back smelling fabulous, beautifully washed and ironed. We sent off a massive bag of clothes and it was only IDR172500 for 24 hour turnaround. Will be using them again next visit to Bali. Do yourself a favour and give them ago. You won’t regret it.

We use Hubit whenever we come to Bali. The service is amazing and our clothes are always clean and accounted for. They are secure and protect customers (and themselves) with cctv, as I recently discovered when I forgot what bag I put a particular item in. They tracked it down and sent me photos. I cannot fault them which justifies the 5 stars.

They lost one piece of our laundry and we got 2 extra pieces of laundry that werent ours. They found our item and delivered it to our hotel a few hours later. We returned the extra items, hope the owner got them! Otherwise the service was fine. Free pickup and drop off at our hotel in Seminyak. We paid 25000 per kg for the fastest same day service. They have options down to 12000 per kg for 2-3 day service. The laundry we received back was clean and folded. The detergent had somewhat strong smell. The communication was fast, though could have been more clear about how the process worked. We provided our info and they have a driver pickup the clothes. I learned I could’ve left it at the hotel front desk, but I opted to hand it to the driver directly. We asked when the laundry would be done to plan to be back at the hotel, but didn’t get much advanced notice (hurried back to meet the driver when he said he was waiting at the hotel) Once we noticed the missing and extra items, communication was quick. At first they claimed the item wasn’t received, but eventually found it a few hours later. Take pictures and count your items beforehand! Ultimately I cannot recommend given the missing and extra items. Credit to them for helping resolve the situation.

Very happy. I opted for the super express laundry service the day before flying home to Australia. They collected my laundry from my hotel in Kuta and delivered it later in the afternoon, folded and wrapped in plastic. This made it very easy for packing my suitcase. Good communication. Will use again next time I visit Bali.
