Bali Hai Cruises

My family and I booked 2 cruises with Bali Hai Cruises recently and had an awesome time at both! Firstly, we booked the Sunset Dinner Cruise - our driver picked us up promptly at 4:30pm, and drove us to the pier where we took off at 5:30pm. The boat cruised around the harbour as the sun set. We enjoyed a DJ and canapés, followed by a 3 piece live band over a buffet dinner and then a cabaret show to finish off the night. It was such a fun night! Shout-out to Puri and Putra who were so happy, professional and accommodating. Secondly, we booked the Nusa Penida Adventure Cruise - similarly, our driver Ahmed (Car 18) picked us up at 7:45am, he was so fun and hyping us up for our day ahead. We set off from the pier at about 9am via speed boat to see Manta Bay and go snorkeling at Crystal Bay. We were so lucky to see 2 turtles, manta rays and a dolphin during our cruise. We then stopped on Nusa Penida for a land tour via car of Klingking Beach, Broken Beach and Angel Billabong. Afterwards, we got the speed boat to Nusa Lembongan for a buffet lunch and free time at the resort before leaving at about 4:30pm. Honda our guide was super friendly, informative and professional, the whole day ran so smoothly.

Written by my wife - a group of 6 ladies booked this sunset cruise last minute & we’re happy with the online service. We elected a hotel pick up & that did not disappoint, we were picked up at 430pm & taken to Benoa port. We waited about 30 mins & then were taken to the boat via little vans. We boarded one boat & then walked through onto the actual boat. Staff on board promptly greeted us & provided us with a mocktail. Once seated we were able to move about the boat & soon headed off to watch the sunset which was amazing. We didn’t venture too far on Benoa harbour just bobbed around over a few hours. Dinner was a mix of hot & cold buffet options & it was amazing, so much food, so fresh & tasty. There’s a large drink menu & was reasonably priced. The cabaret show was best described as interesting. It was eclectic mix of entertainment that left us speechless! Overall an enjoyable cruise with super friendly staff & amazing food.

We had a wonderful evening with Bali Hai on the cruise. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome with a refreshing drink, which immediately set the tone for the night. The dinner was excellent: fresh, delicious, and offering a great variety of dishes, so there was something for everyone to enjoy. To top it all off, the evening ended with an amazing show that made the experience even more special. It was the perfect conclusion to an unforgettable night. My fiancé and I did the romantic dinner boat cruise and it was so romantic and special. The staff were so incredibly sweet. We even got lucky and were the only couple that booked the tour that night so we had the whole boat to ourselves. The live music was incredible and they even took requests. I was amazed at how great the staff’s English was and they were very accommodating. All five courses were delicious, I was very full by the end. I could not recommend this company enough!

This is our fourth trip with Bali Hai cruises on the Aristocat. This company does an exceptional job and they are extremely professional. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. We ‘sailed’ to the pontoon for snorkeling, banana boat rides, water slides and other aquatic activities. On the boat we were treated to fresh fruit and pastries and coffee and tea. Then we were taken to the Bali Hai Club at Mushroom Bay on Lembongan Island, where we had a really beautiful lunch, a couple of hours relaxing in the pool and a gentle sail back to Bali (and hotel transfers) concluded a wonderful day.

Amazing experience The driver was before time to pick up Clean car, spoke ok english The reception was very nice when reached. They garland and welcome everyone. The boat was not very big as only 15 people were there but they had informed about change in advance before payment. But it didn't make any impact on overall experience. The boat was clean, food was very good with enough option for vegetarian also. Welcome drink and snacks were also good. The live music, DJ and cabaret show was entertaining. The crew was highly professional and was welcoming to help couple click photos, make videos and involve on dance floor. They had good collection of bollywood and Punjabi songs also even love singing included couple of bollywood songs. Overall value for money
