BEST FURNITURE BALI

Thanks you to Tomo and his team of professional cabinet makers. The quality and efficiency was 5 star. If you want any work furniture made do not go past these wood work .

Very disappointed with this experience. We ordered a teak wood table and six chairs, and almost every part of the process went wrong. Delivery arrived several days late with no proactive communication about the delay. When the furniture finally showed up, both the table and chairs had visible scratches from the delivery process, and the chairs themselves had clear production defects. When we raised this with the owner, we were met with no willingness to fix, replace, or compensate for any of it. We separately hired the same business to paint a wooden railing, and that job turned into weeks of unreliable communication. The owner would confirm specific times for workers to arrive, then no one would show up, requiring repeated follow-up on our end just to get a straight answer. The job only actually got finished after we said we'd request a refund if it wasn't completed — which shouldn't be what it takes to get a company to follow through on its own commitment. On top of that, the workers who did show up were unprofessional on site: smoking on the rooftop, leaving cigarettes around the property, and spending long stretches not working at all. Between the damaged and defective furniture, the refusal to make it right, and the unreliable, unprofessional handling of the painting job, I can't recommend this business.
