The Bike Shop Bali

I had an amazing experience buying my Marin Nicasio+ here. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process was smooth and their service was truly top notch. The best part was that I really wanted the grey color. At first they checked and said it was out of stock, but later they found one. I honestly felt like it was meant to be. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a bike shop with excellent service and people who genuinely care about their customers.

Dian & Ketut are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help out their customers. The Bike Shop Bali is well stocked. I found everything I needed for a bicycle tour in one spot. I couldn’t ask for a better bike shop!

Highly recommended. Just moved here. I will use this as my go to place in Bali. The Bike Shop is an excellent bike shop in a convenient location. The team is very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. The shops is well stocked with high quality supplies for road and mountain bikes - tires, sealant for tubeless (or tubes if you prefer), good lube, bike cleaning stuff. The servicing team is very professional and quick! You can check stock of items online and you can message them on WhatsApp. You will get prompt and concise answers to your questions. First class!

I’ve had a fantastic experience with The Bali Bike Shop. The level of detail they go into when carrying out a full service is incredibly impressive — they take the time to carefully inspect and tune every part of the bike so that it leaves the workshop performing at its best. Their customer service is also outstanding, with clear communication throughout the process so you always know what’s happening with your bike. It’s easy to see why this shop has earned the trust of so many cyclists in Bali over the years. A truly professional and reliable place for anyone who cares about their bike.

The Bike Shop Bali. Had a fantastic experience at The Bike Shop! I recently purchased a new bike here and couldn't be happier with the service. This is my first bike (I'm a beginner) but the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and helped me a lot. I was looking for a specific bike that wasn't in the showroom at that time, and the team went to order it in for me. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and the bike arrived perfectly set up a week later. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality bike and professional advice.
