Alpha Custom Garage

I was very satisfied with renting this motorcycle. The TVS Ronin is truly comfortable and maneuverable. In the city and on narrow roads it feels confident, handles easily, and doesn’t cause any stress even in traffic. Yamaha XSR is very popular in Bali, but the Ronin looks noticeably more brutal. It feels like an upgraded, more muscular version of the XSR - bigger, more solid, and visually more interesting. It often catches people’s attention. The motorcycle is great not only for daily riding but also for photoshoots. It looks stylish and premium. A big plus is the comfortable seat: riding is comfortable both solo and with a passenger, and your back and riding position don’t get tired even on longer trips. The service was also a pleasant surprise. I came in for chain maintenance every 1,000 km, and each time they also washed the motorcycle - a small detail, but very nice. Overall, it’s a very successful model that combines comfort, design, and practicality. A great option for living and riding in Bali. I recommend Alpha Custom Garage🤌🏻

Great service and good bikes. Took one of their bikes for a trip around the Island. We had so many compliments on the bike and so many questions about it. Good quality and very photogenic. Whenever we had any questions or issues the response time was very quick. Will definitely rent from this place again!

Excellent rental company. My hotel staff accidentally dropped the bike and broke the lever. Alpha Custom Garage charged me the equivalent of $12 USD which is exceptionally reasonable and honest. They were also the fastest responders out of all the rentals I've tried here in Bali. I recommend 100000%. Bike: CBR250RR SPQS

I ordered a Kawasaki W175 over a couple of days for my birthday and unfortunatly had a clutch cable snap at 9pm at night. I managed to get the bike home with a quick response in the dead of night from their staff and they sent out a mechanic with a new clutch cable promptly the next morning. These things happen and I’m grateful for the swift response. The bike was clean, well maintained and fair priced and will definitely be getting another from them in the future.

Superb service! Rented a custom sportster bike from Alpha Custom for almost 2 months now. And I have got to compliment their service! Due to the heavy rain, the bike had some issues and what not. The manager, and the two mechanics (Andreas and Iwo) were so patient with my requests. They even went the extra mile to deliver and swap an identical bike at my convenience. Thumbs up to them! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

These guys are great! I rented the orange Jimny and had a great 2 weeks driving it all over Bali. I reached out a few months in advance to book and Alpha was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We paid using Wiseapp which was convenient and simple. When we landed in Bali, John was waiting for us, gave a review of the car and sent us on our way. The vehicle was just what I wanted, it’s a manual transmission and open air so think about that if you aren’t ok with no AC. My wife and I loved the fresh air and sunshine being in the open. It was also super easy to park it as it’s a 2 seater. Last minute we changed our end of trip pickup location and they were happy to pivot and work with us. We will rent with them again!! Thanks Alpha.

Beautifully. designed bikes paired with a solid team to make your Bali experience very memorable. I have rented a bike from the gang here for over a month and love all the bikes I have had. Bike: I had a custom bike that I fell in love with from the time I started it. I had planned on taking a ton of trips from Canggu and was concerned about reliability, especially after the team admitted there may be some issues with overheating, but I had zero issues taking the pictured beast to Mount Batur, Munduk, Ahmed, and Uluwatu many times. Design: I was mainly concerned with the safety and reliability but we took the bike on some questionable routes and made it out alive. I personally love the cafe racer look and we didn’t have any issues with the passenger pegs comfortability. Service: We had some minor issues near the end of our 45 days, but the team came out immediately to fix the next morning and even had a nicer loaner bike for a day. All in all, I will be a iifelong customer of Alpha because of their love for motorcycles, attentive service, and selection of beautifully designed bikes.
