Good experience to Lembongan and back to Sanur. Boat has air conditioning, TV’s and comfortable seats. We added transfers back from Lembongan to Sanur with no issues. They give you a sticker and someone meets you off the boat in Sanur and walks you to your transport. Have to get on a shuttle boat at Lembongan but this boat was also very well maintained and in the bay so not bumpy. Unloading luggage in Sanur was a bit of chaos but no issues. Overall good experience and worth the price. They were also very responsive on WhatsApp messages.

Couldn’t be happier. Professional service, from booking to boarding and during the ride. People were very nice and attentive. Interior was clean, very comfortable seats, good air conditioning. I will book again with them for any other need for sure.

Incredible service! Both my trip to Nusa Lembongan & then I ordered a CPAP mask from Sanidata Indonesia (Bali) because mine broke & Gojek delivered to D’Stars & they ferried it to me on Nusa Lembongan within 6 hours! Amazing service & great communication.

We used D'Star to Lembongan Island from Sanur habour with accommodation transfer service added. We found the service excellent. Our driver was friendly & prompt upon pickup. Check in was very easy. On our return we were greeted on the dock & taken directly to our driver who was waiting. The boat ride itself was pleasant considering we left in heavy down pours of rain. (Wet season). We did get a bit soaked from the walk along the harbour to boat. Wet beach landing in Nusa Lembongan was no bother & close walk to our accommodation. I would reccomend & use their service again.

Great service, little confusing which barge we were taking from the harbour but staff were helpful. The boat was very weathered and a little not and packed. Staff unloading our bags for us was great. Wear shoes that can get wet or be prepared to take them off before you get to Lembongan!

Boat had engine troubles and our 2pm ferry didn't take off until 3pm. The staff lied and said a new boat would come in 15 mins which was a lie because the new boat came from Nusa Lembongan which is a 35 min boat ride.... The staff lied repeatedly about the timing, like saying it would be here in 2 mins and it would take another 15. They also weren't providing any updates without us talking to them, all the other boats left on time and only d'star passengers were left. I also got soaked getting off the boat but it's not really their fault, but just a note for you to not jump until the tide is low. Would recommend booking with another company.

Fantastic company with amazing service! They were so helpful! Just do not try to contact with them via mail as they do not answer, but contact through the whatsapp where contact is excelent. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. I paid for a ticket with surfboard for mistake and it wasn't a problem to get refund. Great, well maintained ferrys, everything on time, good communication with drivers. Really really recommend if you need to travel somewhere by ferry.
