Hepta Solutions

If you are looking for some help regarding your taxes, visa, or even your physical business here in Bali, Hepta is the best company you should work with! Their service is incredible, they are reliable, and they never miss any updates regarding the Indonesian’s law. You will also meet Shady, the owner of the company, and he is just amazing to work with. I recommend Hepta Solutions 100%

Hepta Solutions is extremely professional, efficient, and organized. They go out of their way to inform the customer and ensure clarity and timeliness. They genuinely care that their services are done with high integrity and effectiveness. I have found them especially reliable for visa assistance but they handle a range of needs within Bali. I feel so secure with their support and highly recommend them to everyone.

Working with Hepta Solutions has been one of the best decisions I've made for my business. From the very start, they were fast, responsive, and incredibly helpful in improving our operations — including automating key processes that have made a real difference in how we run day-to-day. Beyond the operational improvements, they genuinely supported me in decision-making and even helped me grow as a leader — strengthening my communication skills and giving me valuable insights I didn't have before. That's something I didn't expect, and it meant a lot. The team as a whole was warm, supportive, and helpful in so many ways. Shady especially stood out — disciplined, energetic, and always well-communicated throughout our entire engagement. I would highly recommend them to any business owner who is serious about improving their business, regardless of the industry. If you're ready to grow, this is the team you want to work with.

I worked with Hepta Solutions to get my visa taken care of and they made the process super simple and easy to follow. They were easy to communicate with, and gave clear instructions, and followed up as soon as everything was completed. I will definitely continue working with them for any visa and business related needs I have, and highly recommend them to anyone!

Happy with Hepta Solutions. They helped me through the process of getting my E33G Visa and even guided me through some consultancy on tax & setup which was super helpful. Would definitely recommend working with Hepta Solutions.

Hepta Solutions has managed the creation of my company and I am very happy with the whole process. From the first moment everything has been very easy and fast. It explains everything in detail and in an easy way so that you can understand it well. He has resolved all the doubts that arose with great kindness and patience. In a few days, he already had the company created. It is an important process and it is appreciated to be able to count on professional people. 100% recommendable! Thanks Shady

I was recommended Hepta Solutions by a friend and they did not disappoint. I was connected to Reza who helped me not only with my Visa application but also some troubles I had with accessing the website from my device. I couldn’t recommend them more, the process was easy, seamless and efficient. Thankyou Reza 🙂
