I spent the month of July at World Peace Yoga School in Bali working on my 300-hour yoga teacher training and had the most incredible experience. The accommodation is not a 5-star hotel (you might want to bring your own towel/washcloth/hand towel), but the school was wonderful and you only need that room to sleep in (not a huge part of your experience). I learned so much in the month that I was there. The teachers poured their knowledge out to us (big shout out to Vishal, Guru Ji, Maa Haripriya, HD, Akshat, and Dominika). The days were packed with classes, but we were also provided with opportunities to enjoy excursions together (water purification ceremony, waterfalls, coffee plantations, beach day, aerial yoga, kirtan), as well as got to experience Jai Jagannath. All of the adjustments and alignment techniques I learned were different from my 200-hour training, which I appreciated. The food was delicious--so grateful to the kitchen staff. I also met some of the most incredible people and am happy to say I have friends all over the world. So grateful for the community and every second spent at World Peace Yoga School. So blessed for the welcoming and safe space the staff created for us all to learn and practice in. Highly recommend!
My 300-hour Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training at World Peace Yoga School in Bali was truly one of the best experiences of my life. I feel incredibly grateful for the depth of knowledge and wisdom I received during this journey. I completed the training in February, and it exceeded all my expectations. The program was not only professionally structured but also deeply inspiring on a personal level. I gained so much more than just technical skills—I experienced real growth, both as a yoga practitioner and as a person. The teachers were outstanding. I was especially impressed by Ankit, Shakti, Hari, Akshat, and Hari Praya, who each brought their own unique energy, expertise, and passion to the training. Their dedication and authenticity made the learning experience truly special. I can honestly say that I only had the best experiences at this school. I highly recommend World Peace Yoga School to anyone who is looking to deepen their practice or continue their yoga education. Another highlight of this experience was meeting so many wonderful and inspiring people from all over the world. I made meaningful connections and friendships that I truly cherish, and I’m grateful to have shared this journey with such an amazing international community. I am beyond thankful for this opportunity and will carry everything I learned with me moving forward. Thank you 💛💛💛
My experience at World Peace Yoga School in Bali was exceptional. The teachers bring years of experience, deep wisdom, and genuine dedication to the yogic path, guiding students through both the practical and philosophical dimensions of yoga with care and clarity. The curriculum is comprehensive, covering philosophy, alignment, teaching methodology, pranayama, Hatha, and Ashtanga yoga. The course is accessible for beginners, building from foundational principles, while those with previous experience will naturally find it easier to engage with the physical and theoretical aspects. Learning under Guru Vishnu and Ma Haripriya was a true privilege. Their knowledge, authenticity, and presence inspired us each day to show up fully and deepen our practice. The facilities are peaceful, clean, and surrounded by beautiful greenery, creating an ideal environment for learning. The nourishing vegetarian meals—featuring both Balinese and Indian cuisine—were consistently delicious, and the school's location made it easy to enjoy Ubud during free time. Overall, the combination of outstanding teaching, a supportive environment, and a thoughtfully designed curriculum made this a deeply meaningful experience. I leave with immense gratitude for everything the school has shared. Thank you, World Peace Yoga School.
I just completed the 200h Kundalini Yoga teacher training and wow, it’s hard to put into words what a transformative experience this was for me. I chose this school because I wanted an approach to yoga which was as close to the source as possible, and this is exactly what I found. If you choose this school, you will be learning Yoga from the Himalayas. I truly feel this is as close as you get to learning yoga the way that it has been taught for thousands of years. All the teachers were fantastic, very knowledgeable, kind and wise. I especially appreciated the spiritual approach they have towards yoga, which should always come first, and the physical postures second. The place is very nicely located in the center of Ubud and you will get a very good immersion into the culture here, as they also took us on a few excursions to get to know a little bit of the traditions and places nearby. We were served delicious vegan Indian and Balinese meals every day and, as much as I thought this would be hard as it is not my typical diet, I have to say I really enjoyed every single meal cooked with so much love by the amazing kitchen staff. I was also very lucky to be part of an amazing group of people with whom I connected on a deep level and am lucky enough to get to call them soul family. Special thanks to Guruji and Maa Haripriya for making this experience extra special.
I would like to begin by saying a heartfelt thank you to everyone at the school. From the restaurant staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and willing to accommodate requests, to the kitchen team, who prepared such delicious, nutritious, and healthy meals every day, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay.I also want to thank the accommodation and pool staff. They were always kind, respectful, smiley, and prompt with any request, whether it was towels for the swimming pool, help with the room, or anything else that was needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Their presence and attitude made the environment feel very safe and peaceful, which was especially important to me as I was travelling alone. The accommodation itself was beautiful. I stayed in a private bedroom, and the bed was large, comfortable, and exactly what I needed after long days of training. The swimming pool area was a beautiful setting, and the shower was excellent, with perfect water pressure and hot water always available. The filtered water was also available all the time, which made everything easy and comfortable. I honestly cannot fault the facilities. The shalas were beautiful, airy, well-equipped with fans, and always kept clean. The whole space felt cared for.The teachers were also wonderful. My Kundalini teacher ( HariPriya) offered a deep, beautiful, and meaningful experience, she is not only a teacher, I can’t put into words the beauty and the energy to have her teaching, I had never truly had contact with yoga in this way before, and learning from someone so knowledgeable and connected to what they teach was very special. The classes opened something much deeper in me than I expected. My philosophy and pranayama teacher brought so much light into the room. His passion for yoga philosophy was clear in the way he explained and shared the teachings. He was compassionate, funny, serious when needed, and deeply engaging. The pranayama classes were especially powerful, and the chanting at the end was incredibly moving. His voice carried something very beautiful and uplifting. My Hatha yoga teacher ( Akshat) was also very knowledgeable and delivered the classes with professionalism and clarity, he is a beautiful person, and very kind. The alignment teacher ( hi Ankit) clearly knew what he was talking about, and the way he conducted the classes was structured, professional, and helpful, but also light and fun when it allowed , he is also the go to person if you have any questions and he is always around.( hi boss) A big shout also for Hannah, that have converted me ( internal joke) to Yoga Nidra and Yin, she is also a big asset to the school, thank you for the sound baths. I learned a lot from the physical, philosophical, energetic, and spiritual aspects of the course.I have only good things to say about this school. This is not only a journey to become an asana teacher. It is much more than that. It is a journey into yoga as a whole. It teaches yoga in a way that feels connected to its roots, not only as a physical practice, but as a deeper path of self-understanding, discipline, breath, philosophy, devotion, and transformation. For anyone in the Western world who wants to understand yoga beyond postures, this course offers a real immersion into what yoga truly is and how it can be lived and shared. I cannot recommend this school highly enough.
