Mission Flow Studio

My first experience was a blast ✨ I tried Mission Rise at 7:15 AM with Rini on a Sunday morning, and it was honestly the best decision ever. I felt amazing afterward. During the class, Rini gave very clear cues and guidance, and her smooth, calming voice really enhanced the whole yoga experience. Highly recommend! Overall Mission is a must visit!

The yoga practice itself was amazing — I truly enjoyed the session. The teacher was incredibly attentive, professional, and experienced, and I felt very supported throughout the class. Unfortunately, the overall studio environment did not match the quality of the teaching. The room and yoga mats felt quite dirty, and it was unpleasant to lie down because of the smell and lack of cleanliness of yoga mats. It was also very noisy during the session due to nearby construction, traffic, and loud voices coming from the lobby. For a yoga class, where calmness and relaxation are such an important part of the experience, this was disappointing.

I had such a great experience at Mission. I joined a Rocket class with Caterina and absolutely loved it. I practice yoga regularly, and I can honestly say this was one of the most energizing and well structured classes I’ve taken in a while. The studio itself has a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere, the kind of space where you instantly feel comfortable and inspired to practice. Highly recommend this place whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi. I’ll definitely come back next time I’ll be in Bali!

Class - Best studio in Canggu! Went for a backbend workshop and a mission flow class with Bernd, really quality classes that I promise your time will be well spent! The Teachers taught with passion and heart ❤️ Location - Located in a rather quiet street, peaceful vibe. With a nice cafe nearby, very convenient. Space - Clean and Minimalist space. Studio is spacious and cozy to hang pre/post class. There’s a mini cafe in the mini lounge area, they serve yummy coconut water! Service - Attentive and helpful staffs that made the visit pleasant. They keep the props and space clean, also helped to tidy very efficiently after class!

This was my first international yoga experience, and I couldn't be happier that it happened at this studio! Everything here is wonderful. There's a cozy café downstairs with delicious coffee, and I loved spending time there after class, just enjoying the atmosphere. I tried several studios during my stay, and I can honestly say this one is the best in every way—for its atmosphere, organization, and the amazing people. I'm a beginner, and because of the language barrier, I was quite nervous and shy. Unfortunately, I didn't have the courage to thank my first international yoga teacher in person before I left, so I truly hope the studio will pass my gratitude on to him. Bernd Windhofer is the best yoga teacher I've ever practiced with over all these years. I left with tears in my eyes because I was genuinely worried I'd never find a teacher like him again))) Every asana was clearly demonstrated, everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand, and the classes were suitable for all levels. I attended every single day, and every class was different. Every day there was a fantastic playlist that perfectly matched the mood of the practice. Bernd has an incredible ability to see your potential better than you see it yourself. He gently encourages you to deepen your practice and helps you discover abilities you didn't even know you had, while always making you feel safe and supported. Thank you to the entire team for such an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be back!
