TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Google Maps says they're open until 10:00 PM. The sign on the door actually says until 11:00 PM. My husband and I drove 30 minutes specifically to get to this store and arrived at 9:40 PM. At that point, they turned off the lights in the men's department, so we couldn't see anything. I started talking to the receptionist and showed her Google Maps with their hours. She said they were getting ready to close, turned her back on me, and continued about her business. So, we left empty-handed!

Best shop on 3 levels, very helpful staff. tidy sorted clean racks, volcom womens range is amazing. Ripcurl,billabong,dc shoes many more. Some great sales very cheap, some ok prices.

I purchased a pair of sandals on January 1, 2026. I wore them for the first time that day in a shopping mall, walking for about 1–1,5 hours, and the faux leather already started peeling off. I tried to contact the store immediately but received no response. Regardless of a product being on sale, defective and unusable items should not be sold for money. If a product is unfit for use, it should be written off and returned to the factory for disposal, not sold to customers. The price is irrelevant. For the same amount, I could buy two pairs of sandals at Matahari that would last 1–2 years. Since I never received any reply, I accepted that I had been scammed and continued wearing them. The next day, January 2, 2026, I wore them again, after only 4 hours, they completely fell apart. This is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly warn everyone against buying any discounted products here. Customers are being misled with defective, unusable items. Not customer-focused at all, and in no way worthy of the Billabong brand.

I was looking for large size shoes(size 13). Found a potential box with size listed on side. Opened the box(the lid was not sealed, no damage to packaging) a staff member appeoachws me and informed me not to touch, and look only at display item. Looked around, and no display of this shoe out. When questioned about this. He told me to approach staff and they can check stock levels. Although all I wanted was to check sizing against my foot. I was amazed that a business would not allow you to look at shoes that were not on display. And discourage you from buying. Left store moments after, feeling less than satisfied with the customer service.

To a certain extent, paying for newer products and spending for more than 4x items may give you a better overall discount, but these newer purchases are your only discountable items. Pre-discounted products are fixed prices. Overall, the huge range is definitely a good reason to visit as it is way more options that you will find at any store. There are even dive gear options available which was totally unexpected! I will probably come back only if I really wanted to buy a lot of beachwear, but discounts wise, not expect a super good deal.
