Bali Treasure Properties

Everything went incredibly smooth with Bali Treasure Properties. Me and my partner have been interested in a Bali villa for a couple of years. We were very new to how it all works, but the staff at Bali Treasue Properties took the time to answer all our 'beginner questions'! We felt very safe in the proces. A special thanks to Frieder who made the purchase of our holiday home a reality.

Alex helped me find the perfect luxury house for my family. He was professional, caring, courteous and always on time. He is friendly and personable and takes the time to understand your needs. I felt listened to and very supported by him throughout the buying process. I am very happy with Alex and I would recommend him to everyone. He’s the best real estate agent I met in Bali. Thank you Alex, I appreciate you.

I finally take some time to give my feedback for Bali Treasure Properties team. I use their service to rent my villa in Bali and I can highly recommend them. Putu helped me to find a tenant twice. And twice everything went fast and smooth! He explained clearly what was my expectations to the tenant and made sure that the villa was conform to the tenant expectations too. Always available in case I or the tenant needed anything. If you are a villa owner or looking for a rent or want to buy a properties in Bali, that's a good address!

I felt a little unsure where to begin to look for a long term rental in Bali, but as soon as I found Bali Treasure Properties, all of my concerns immediately vanished! The staff were incredibly helpful and walked us through every step of the journey. Nothing was too much trouble for them - and they happily always met with us to view rentals or answer questions. We were lucky enough to deal with Katherine who is not only very professional and experienced, but simply a lovely person who we felt very safe and comfortable with. Her communication with us was always fast and helpful and she went above and beyond to ensure our transition and stay was perfect. I highly recommend Bali Treasure Properties - I wouldnt look any further when seeking accommodation or real estate assistance in Bali.

Absolute pleasure to work with Bali Treasure Properties. I have leased 3 villas over the past years and just purchased one. Every person I have worked with has been extremely helpful, attentive and made the process easy (even when I'm asking a million questions). Special mention to Alex and Kadek who I have worked with closely for years now, keep up the great work!

Bali Treasure Properties is a superb real estate agency in Bali. Their agent Alex went above and beyond to sell our leasehold villa in a professional and timely matter. He made the process effortless and was a kind person and easy to work with. We would highly reccomend this company for any foreigner wanting to purchase a villa or sell one. This is a company you can trust.
