PROPERTIA REAL ESTATE BERAWA

4 years ago I found Propertia Bali online. I invested in my first project thru Propertia. Few weeks ago I invested in my second project. I really love working with Propertia. Arya is my agent, I really love him and I hope he stays forever with Propertia so I can buy many more projects with him on my side. They make it so easy to invest in a good project. On to many more projects! Thanks Propertia🫶🏽

Kelsey from Propertia Real Estate wasn’t just our realtor she became our trusted guide through the home-buying process. Her genuine care and dedication to our journey made an overwhelming process feel easy. Her dedication to our satisfaction was evident in how she went out of her way to accommodate our viewing schedules and provided honest advice on property values. We won’t hesitate to recommend Kelsey!

I have had great experience with Arya and his colleagues from Property Bali. They helped me search for a great investment opportunity in the Bali Real estate market and navigated me through the legal framework and provided plenty of information about the local market. After it had been clarified what I am looking for, Arya proposed a great selection of options, and handle all viewings and negotiations with the seller. It was an overall smooth process, with a successful ending. I am looking forward to the next real estate project and will definitely go back to Arya and Property Bali !

Dealing with Propertia was a breeze! My amazing patient agent Arya was exceptionally professional and personable. He understood what I was looking for and was open and honest when attending viewings. He always went the extra mile!

Propertia were a cut above the rest. Very professional, strong communication and a focus on positive outcomes for their clients. Kelsey was always nothing but positive, helpful and went above and beyond our expectations, time and time again. We thank Kelsey and Propertia wholeheartedly for their assistance, and wouldn’t hesitate to engage their services again.

I had the pleasure of working with Arya during the process of acquiring a villa in Bali, and I could not be more satisfied with the experience. From our first interaction in Bali, Arya demonstrated exceptional professionalism, deep market knowledge, and an impressive level of availability. He then months later was still always willing to provide guidance and clarification while I was abroad, often at short notice, which made what could have been a complex process feel seamless and well-structured. His attention to detail, transparent communication, and commitment to client satisfaction were evident at every stage. Thanks to Arya’s dedication and expertise, the acquisition was handled efficiently and without unnecessary stress. I would confidently recommend Arya to anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy real estate support in Bali.

I worked with Kevin from Propertia Bali. I came to their office, we had a detailed conversation about the villa I wanted to get, then Kevin drove me and showed the show villa. We signed an agreement at Notary's office on the same day. The construction took around 10 months, 1 month overdue but this was expected. Both developer and Kevin told me this could happen. My final payment was also delayed so everything was fair. The developer was fantastic. Villa looks just as in the show house. Kevin did the handover on my behalf today and sent me a detailed video + pictures. I couldn't be happier!
