Went in for a minor issue and the experience was decent overall. The doctor speaks good English and took the time to explain the diagnosis clearly. The clinic is clean and well-organized. Waited around 20-30 minutes which felt reasonable. Prices are on the higher end for Bali, but that seems to be the norm for expat-friendly clinics in Canggu. Nothing exceptional, but reliable if you need straightforward medical attention without the hassle

My experience with this medical center was incredible, I could not recommend it enough. So efficient, arrived as a walk in, was seen to and prescribed relevant antibiotics within the hour. The WhatsApp communication was excellent – when I had an issue picking my medication up from a pharmacy, they were so responsive in helping me, even going as far as phoning up pharmacies around Bali preemptively to save me travelling on the off chance my medication was stocked. I was only in Canggu for 2 nights and my issue was resolved promptly and professionally. If I were ever to revisit, I would feel at ease knowing this medial center was around the corner!

This past week, I was on a solo trip in canggu when I developed a fever and other serious symptoms. I went to Nusa Medica Clinic and I don’t have words for how kind, sweet and helpful all the nurses and doctor were. They were incredibly comforting in a time that made me feel so vulnerable being alone in a foreign country. I was there for 5 hours and I felt so well taken care of. Thank you so much to all the staff, I am on my way to recovery and was able to get home well and safely.

The service was friendly and professional! Started with a very detailed initial screening, the equipment was quite complete, and they explained how to use everything clearly. The massage was a bit painful in the best way possible but definitely worth it because they also gave me suggestions for exercises I can do on my own at home. Luckily, I came across Dika’s physiotherapy clinic while I was in Ubud. Dika is highly skilled, professional, and genuinely friendly. His treatment, which combined infrared therapy, an electric cupping technique, massage, and stretching, almost completely relieved the pain in my neck and shoulders. I was told by multipule doctors it was gonna take nine months to a year to start walking again, but after just 3 months later i was already able to start walking. Gede is a skilled acupuncture with intuitive healing energy. I have been for three sessions with him so far for tension headache behind my eyebrow and also neck, shoulder and back stiffness. He somehow knows exactly where the tension is in the body and where to place the needles. I feel very safe and trust his expertise. I am also now having cosmetic (facial) acupuncture with Gede which feels amazing for relieving tension in my face and I’m hoping after a few sessions I’ll look more youthful and glowy (haha) He also uses moxibustion (fire acupuncture) which is new to me – I’m not sure exactly what this is for but it feels very soothing and healing. I always leave the sessions feeling very relaxed and much less tense. I will continue with regular sessions because I feel the benefits are worth it. Highly recommend!

I met Gede by chance in 2022. I had been dealing with sinus pain for several months, even though I had never experienced anything like that before. I had daily headaches, like a constant pressure across my sinuses, and I felt dizzy all the time. I was in Bali for a week, and the pollution made it worse. So I looked for a doctor and saw that acupuncture could help. I had never tried it before, so I went without much conviction. During the session, after about 20–30 minutes, a huge amount of mucus suddenly drained into the roof of my mouth (sorry, not very glamorous), and I never had sinus problems again after that. I went back to see him for other health issues—knee pain, thyroid imbalance, and so on. But two significant events truly changed my life. The first was in 2024. I learned about my grandfather’s passing right after leaving a session with Gede. I’m convinced that having had that session before hearing the news helped me cope with my grief more peacefully (it may sound a bit spiritual, sorry). The second was in 2025. I had been trying to get pregnant for three months without success. I had another session and shared my worries about not being able to conceive. The following month, I became pregnant. Maybe it’s not connected, but I have a strong feeling that it is. I have immense trust in Gede. I even asked him to treat my three-week-old baby, who was suffering from colic and crying a lot. My session with Sasha blew my mind. The session was intuitive and skilled and involved no discomfort… although lots of release, physical and emotional. I had an excellent experience with osteopath Mariusz in Ubud and couldn’t recommend him more highly. From the very beginning, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism and genuine care. He identified my problem with impressive precision and took the time to clearly explain what was going on in my body. What stood out most was how thoroughly he walked me through each step of the treatment. He explained the techniques he was using, the symptoms I was experiencing, and how everything was connected. I had an ear blockage in both ears and was flying back to NZ the following day. I was seen immediately after a sign in/registration process. My vital signs were checked by a nurse and all OK. The doctor checked both ears using a camera. Both were blocked with cerumen ( ear wax) – the doctor and nurse cleared this using ear irrigation – thorough job and painless. However on rechecking the cleared ears with the camera the doctor showed my via photos that I have something on my left eardrum. Possibly an infection but more likely calcification from previous damage. Excellent Photos were sent to my phone so that I can point the problem out to my doctor at home in NZ. The Bali doctor also prescribed and supplied excellent ear drops for temporary relief. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that the treatment room is shoddy and needs an upgrade. This room creates a perception of unprofessionalism The staff were friendly and competent plus good communicators. Excellent service at a reasonable price – 1. 5 M IRP.

Exceptional. You write them, getting an appointment, (I got mine for 45mins later🤯) consulting in 30 minutes max, getting everything you need and you are good to go! This little place operatesin the way like every single health care center supposed to exist, or NOT at all.. Only like this! Clear, adequate, kind communication, zero judgment, maximum help. This place and these people were treating me like, i believe, no one ever did it before. And it wasn’t magic, just humans acting like patient, kind, understanding, helpful humans. I am seriously unable to understand other clinics/health care centers and hospitals. They should just walk into a 4,6-4,9star place like this and copy what they have experienced. If they can😏What’s so hard in it?!.. And they are crying when they receive an overall 2-3stars on google after providing such questionable and unacceptable service. Got seen very quickly for suspected infected bug bites quite late at night, very responsive via WhatsApp too. 250k consultation fee, can pay card. Everything was fine until I seen the price I was getting quoted for the medication (nothing too extensive in terms of medication required, may I add). Went to a pharmacy down the street and got it for a fraction of the price. My advice, get a prescription and go somewhere else, they clearly charge an exceptionally high premium on medication.

I got sick on the second day in Bali, and we were staying in Sidemen. They came all the way from Denpasar to help me and were wonderful. They took some blood for analytics and sent me the results later the same day. I am truly grateful they made the travel and helped me.

Ayodya Room. I was taken very ill with Bacterial infection and Parasite, which laid an egg in my gut (Cyst) after only 3 days in Bali. We tried to fix it ourselves thinking it was Bali Belly, but after 2 days I was so poorly I was rushed to hospital by ambulance from Ubud to KasihIbu Hospital Saba. Here they have treated me so amazingly well, I truly couldn’t have been treated better if I’d been royalty. It was initially thought id be here 3 days, but I’ve been here 6 days due to bring so poorly fue to the parasite laying an egg. The staff from Drs, nurses, admin and cleaners (the room was cleaned TWICE a day!!),were and are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, there are not enough words to thank them for their care, love , medical attention and support which is OUTSTANDING. We are truly indebted to the staff and hospital for making me well and able to fly. They even brought a beautiful basket of fruit for my husband, and gave me a huge basket of flowers from the hospital. They allowed my husband to stay with me the whole time on a couch. My room was a beautiful room with ensuite wet room, absolutely first class. We can highly recommend this hospital if you are ever unfortunate enough to be ill here. While in Bali I was looking for a diagnosis and treatment for an ongoing issue I was experiencing when I came across The Bali Physio Seminyak. I was a little apprehensive about the quality of care I might receive but my fears were totally unfounded. I was introduced to Novi one of the staff at the clinic and within minutes it became very clear that she wasn’t just a massage therapist . She asked me some questions about the ailment I was experiencing before beginning a thorough evaluation and assessment. She was not only able to pinpoint what was causing my pain and give me a clear understanding and diagnosis of ‘piriformis syndrome’ she proceeded to treat the region with a mixture of deep tissue massage, ultrasound therapy and joint mobility whilst sharing her knowledge and understanding. She also put together a program of exercises to enable to have the tools to manage and maintain my rehabilitation at home and in the gym. I would not hesitate to recommend Novi and her team at Bali Physio Seminyak to anyone who wants a professional and thorough service for any type of injury at under half the price you would expect to pay in Australia for this level of care and treatment Unfortunately I found this place while on vacation because if Bali physio services were available in Australia I would be a regular ongoing client.

I accidentally injured my wrist and went to The Bali Physio. I was treated by Kak Novi, and she’s such a sweetheart! She was very thorough. she carefully checked my condition and explained every treatment step clearly. After the session, she also taught me some exercises to help strengthen my wrist. I’ve had physio appointments done in Australia before and I have to say, The Bali Physio is SIGNIFICANTLY MUCH BETTER!! NOVI was my physio and she is honestly one of the best and kindest physios I have ever had. The service and expertise is just phenomenal. They send you tailored exercises in a pdf and send it to you for you to do. They use their ultrasound machines and their TENS machine, on top of showing you their exercises in the gym. I don’t think I’ll book another physio in Australia. I’ll just keep coming back here! Big shout out to Novi! You’re a legend! I’ll keep coming back!

I traveled to Bali and had planned to go to the physio for a shoulder injury that I had been suffering for a long time. I chose this clinic and just turned up. They took me in and that’s when I met Windy. She is very professional and proficient at her job. After a full assessment she went to work on my shoulder. Using multiple techniques including pressure release, Dry needling, Tens and ultrasound therapy. I was there for an hour. That night I could not believe the difference in movement and more to the point pain free movement. I made the decision then to continue attending the clinic and having Windy work her magic on the rest of my body. An hour appointment cost the equivalent of $39 AUD. Windy was very dedicated to finding and relieving many knots in the muscles. During our sessions she reassured me and made me feel that I was in good hands being that she had studied for 5 years to become qualified. After 5 and a half hour sessions I was pain free in so many spots that I have struggled with for a very long time. I would recommend her to anyone travelling to Bali and is in need of a dedicated professional Physio to give the clinic a call and ask for Windy. You will not be disappointed. I’m not gonna lie it was painful having it done but the outcome was awesome. I will be visiting her again on my next trip. Very happy pain free traveller.

I broke my ankle in 2 places and was in a cast for 8 weeks and then a boot. When my cast came off it was then I realised I still had a healing journey ahead. I had to build my muscles in my leg back and my range of motion. Plus I was hesitant about using my leg. In comes Angga. I absolutely love the way Angga smiles while he asks me to do the «impossible.» Somehow I do the impossible. If it wasn’t for Angga I know I wouldn’t be recovering as well as I am. I am confident, because of Angga, I will return to «normal» and even better. For fun, after each session, we have a photo.

My husband and I called in to see if anyone could help with sprained ankle and sore knee, both acquired before arriving in Bali. Yuni the physio was not only very professional but really lovely to talk to, so our whole experience was excellent. Yuni used ultrasound, red light therapy and electric pulse on both of us. She also gave us exercises to strengthen the damaged muscles. Highly recommend.

I came to this place having been recommended to meet with Yuni. I had come to Bali with terrible knee and leg pain. Pain was so bad I thought I needed knee surgery. I couldn’t walk long steps or sleep on the side of pain, I thought my trip was ruined and that I would have to go and get mri and surgery upon my return home. My friend in Bali recommended I saw Yuni for a few sessions and I truly mean it when I say that Yuni helped me go from level 12 of pain to level 3 in one session. She was professional, very knowledgeable and highly effective. I was pain free after my 4th session and highly recommend coming to this location if you need support.
