Informa installation staff not text us back and we’ve been waiting a hole day. We even canceled some plans just to wait them because we were excited for our new couch. Disappointed, we thought they were professional but guess not. Not gonna buy another furniture here for our new house

They're scammers, from the staff to the management! I placed an order through their old WhatsApp account, the one I used to buy real furniture from them, but now they're scammers. I sent 6 million and no one has refunded me. They're shifting responsibility, even though Indonesian law requires them to return the money! I've already found hundreds of other victims; this has been going on for two years now. Their employees are ripping people off!

We had great service from Haydar, he was showing excellent at explaining Aircon systems and then went on to explain that not only do OLED screens look better but they don’t get as hot! When our house is finished we will make several purchases from here

Bad experience with Informa sales and customer service, I bought work table and chair and they added insurance into it without asking, I asked for the installation to be at the same time as the delivery that agreed and I agree to pay the fee for installation. After they day of the delivery I was waiting for the driver to contact me only after I kept on asking customer service finally they sent my items but without installation, I contacted customer service but their response is suuuuper slow it’s like I was talking to myself and the sales was saying that he can’t to the installation as he is on leave, this experience made my head hurts and I swear not worth it really need to improve their service

Their salesperson is good, but I’m very disappointed with the payment experience at the cashier. They only had one counter open, and when it was my turn to pay, the staff was busy helping someone else without any explanation. I had already finished everything I needed, but there was no communication at all. Overall, I wouldn’t really recommend coming here.

Lots of good stuff Some of sales persons are very good But for those senior staff need to be retrain and assist with love. I bought a sofa. I supposed buy two sofas. But the senior person was not really interest of my things so I just left
