Magita Home Deco XL

We live in Bali and have purchased many items from Magita over the past 2 years. We love the variety, price and service we get each time we call into their Sanur store. There is always something new to see, they are always expanding and changing their products. They have a great selection for tourists as well as people who live in Bali / Indonesia. I highly recommend stopping in for a look if you are in Sanur. We have arranged large items to be delivered to Sidemen and have had no issues with any deliveries, they communicate proactively and the staff are lovely. A few photo's of items we have purchased, this is just a selection. I do find that their items are not ones I see in every other shop so buy when you see it, as it may be gone! Happy shopping.

⭐ 1 Star I visited this store to select lighting fixtures for a development project. The plan was to purchase approximately 100 light fixtures, but before I could complete the selection process, a senior sales associate informed me that taking photos of the products was prohibited. This is one of the most unprofessional retail experiences I have encountered in years. In modern construction and interior design projects, photographing products is a normal and essential part of the purchasing process. Developers, architects, designers, project managers, and investors need to review and approve selections before placing large orders. No serious professional chooses hundreds of fixtures from memory. Instead of helping a potential customer make a substantial purchase, the store created unnecessary obstacles and demonstrated a complete lack of understanding of how professional projects operate. As a direct result of this policy, the store lost a significant order. More importantly, it lost the opportunity to become a supplier for future projects as well. Management should seriously reconsider both its customer service standards and its photography policy. Businesses that make it difficult for customers to buy from them are ultimately helping their competitors. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This was a beautiful shop full of many different items. Very reasonably priced friendly staff went there a few times and could’ve bought a lot more. A lovely experience.

Friendly service, the price of the items are reasonable. It’s like a one stop shop for all decorations and furnishings. A rare gem!

This shop is amazing! No need to go any other places to buy stuff for Balinese home decor shop. The staff are so friendly. Wanna come again if I get to chance to visit Sanur !!!
